6They usually always have what I need and if they don’t have it they can get it. Although their Customer Service definitely needs some improvement but overall alright.
I was picking up a few things at this store and the customer service was amazing. Maria did a great job assisting me. I’ll be coming here for all my auto needs.
When I walked in I was greeted by Maira the manager in the front counter. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She checked the light that had turned on my dash. Sold me a sensor and filters my car needed. She offered to replace them for me in the parking lot. I’ll definitely keep coming here.
I was very satisfied. I had an appointment at 3p. I showed up early and I was in and out in less that 15min. Thank you Aric.
My father and I brought in two batteries, that were in a trailer, for over three years basically dormant for all that time. The guys at Auto Zone put the two of them, on the charger. Hours later we returned to find the bats were no good, not taking a charge.plan B.
Horrible customer service didn’t even try to help me at all. My headlights aren’t working and guy in there was like it could be a fuse but I can’t help you you’ll have to ask a mechanic. Will never come here again.
