AutoZone Auto Parts, Corona CA

I had a great experience at Auto Zone today, thanks to the associate Eric C. He went above and beyond to assist me with the issue in the air-conditioning of my highlander. He was very caring and professional, and he tried his best to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the issue was not fixed completely, because it requires a mechanic’s expertise. However, Eric gave me some helpful advice and recommendations on how to find a good mechanic. I really appreciated his service and kindness. He is an asset to Auto Zone and a great example of customer satisfaction.

The manager Richard was kind enough to let my kids and i hang out in the break room after our ac stopped blowing out cold air, entirely grateful since it was so hot and my babies faces were red and sweaty.

The worker there wasting customers time.
They have zero knowledge of what they have on the shelves.

Bad experience, because a part is not in their system and the kids don’t know how to look for parts on their own. A young female Manager tells us we can’t sell you the part if we don’t know what it’s for.and if they sell it to us the employee will have a bad night. This will be the last time I shop at any Autozone. 7/3/23

Nathan who works as a manager provides outstanding customer service. He spent a lot of time trying to install wiper blades for me car. I really appreciate the help he provided me.

I saw that Auto Zone will do free check engine light readings which I needed. I went to the Corona location on Ontario Ave.where Anthony immediately came out and ran the diagnostics. He ran the report and it was much better than I expected. He offered to order the part if I wanted to, but there was no pressure. I appreciated the service very much. This was on 4/12/23.

What is the point of placing an online order when you are forced to stand overcrowded store with a non-existent free for all line and an under staffed store? ! /!

Anthony is an amazing employee. He went above and beyond to help me with my burnt out headlight. Even replacing it for me in the rain. Great work ethic.
