My daughter was having trouble with her car because it wouldn't stay on. We got to AutoZone about 8: 20 pm (they close at 9: 00 pm) and Didier was very helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. The store manager was very kind, also. Found out she needed a new battery. Was able to get the battery and have it installed. Wonderful service even at that time of evening.
People don't want to work now a days, so they might be short staff some days, so if you have no patience, just shop online for your autoparts. Employees are nice and helpful.

Went into the autozone on Shields and Brawley to purchase a new battery for my car as for assistance for assistance and I love my lady by the name of Simone helped me out she went above and beyond What was needed And stayed past Her time that she got off work to help me finish I am forever grateful because I could not do it alone Thanks so much.
People are friendly and all, BUT there is NO outside garage can. I understand they don't want people working on their cars in the parking lot, but a small receptical would be helpful for empty quarts of oil, paper towel.ya know.small parcels of trash.
