16I recently needed something for my car. This particular branch was out but the agent (forgot to get her name) called their nearby branch and located the item for me before I drove to that location to make sure my trip wouldn’t be wasted. Not all agents go above and beyond but she did. She was also very friendly and helpful.
When I walked in all 4 female employees were on their phones watching videos, one saw me and as she was walking away told me that the other girls (who were watching tiktoks or something) would be with me in a minute. When they finally asked me what I needed (transmission fluid), and looked up what type my car needed, they told me the wrong type. Ended up going to O'Reilly's because they had no idea what they were talking about and were more interested in blasting music over the speakers and singing and dancing.
Amazing service best experience I’ve received in any Auto Part store Carlos Santana went, above and beyond to help me install a new battery for my vehicle answered all my questions & concerns it didn’t go unnoticed Thank You! This is my go to location frm now on with no hesitation.
I noticed my battery was in bad condition, then came to this AutoZone location and tried to get it replaced as soon as possible. I arrived 30 minutes before they close. Carlos was very nice and patient. He helped me do the replacement in 5 minutes. Very efficient and professional!
As in all stores, there is no greeting or desire to help. They asked the model and year of the car and brought spare parts, did not offer options, but presented it with a fact.
Carols’s Santana and the entire auto zone staff were very professional and great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about what my car needed. Would definitely be back here again if my car run into anymore issues.

Very good customer service and knowledgeable people.but what I dont like about this place is that they often get too busy and they don't have enough people at the order desk thus making the customer wait too long.
Carlos Santana was helpful in finding the right wiper blades for my car and was happy to assist with installing them!

Hands down the best customer service ever by Carlos Santana! I called for some parts and he didn't have the full amount so he located the rest at another location for us. He had everything put aside and was just so kind. I frequent Auto Zone often for car accessories and parts and this location isn't the closest, but I will definitely be coming back. Customer service seems to be missing in a lot of places these days, but not at this Auto Zone! Go ask for Carlos Santana, he will take great care of your car needs.
Bad customer service, left me on a phone call on hold for over 25 minutes before I hung up. When I went in store to ask my question, after waiting 20 minutes in line, they told me I had to wait until they took care of their other customers in line (mind you it was a long line and I would’ve waited at least another 30 minutes) to check something for me. I was patiently waiting in line just like everyone else to get served, so why couldn’t they make that happen for me? They were rude about it too.
Although I would like to say that another time that I did come in, I was helped by Carlos who did a phenomenal job in helping me out and getting taken care of!
Idk what’s wrong with the managers here but yesterday they were arguing in front of multiple customers mind you they’re the only two people of the registers and I call today and it’s seems they have never even lifted a hood of a vehicle it’s honestly so sad
Bad customer service. If you want to wait in line for 1 employee at the front all the time only go ahead and go. Got like 4 other employees just BSing in the back with 6 customers in line and 1 worker.
The staff is crap, they make you wait in line and they don't serve you. They have a bad character, maybe because I'm Spanish, they don't take care of me. What a crap place, it doesn't work. I don't recommend it. The worst staff
These guys are awesome. The manager is very knowledgeable and their employee, Carlos was so helpful. Definitely making this my go up auto store
