14I bought a Pitman arm 8 months ago, and it's already going bad. Their warranty says refund or exchange, and they won't even let me upgrade my part. It's kinda hard to give them a good rating when they won't even honor their warranty.

Location was clean and had a good layout. Decent selection for an auto parts store. Generally not a fan of AutoZone as a company, and the staff in this location were not as enthusiastic or friendly as staff from other auto parts stores, but they did still help with what I asked and quickly found the part I needed.

Very unprofessional team got together in this branch. They give me a hard time and some extra trips to purchase some parts.
I have asked for the refund but have not yet received it.
They made a mistake and called it a bug on the system. WOW.
The bad reputation of this store is not overstated.
I called for 5/16 pinstriping and had a part number for them to go off of. After finding a part on the floor, I asked them to double check that it's 5/16. She just replied "it's the part number you gave me. " If I got the wrong part number this would have been the perfect time to help me out. I asked her to put it on hold with my name and she just said "I'll put it on the front counter. "
I wasn't acknowledged when I entered the store. When I got to the counter I said I was here to pick up the pinstriping. The same woman I spoke to on the phone asked "are you the one who called? " If she had taken down my name then there would have been no confusion.
It turns out the part she pulled wasn't even the part number I gave her, but she insisted it was. I was able to get the part from the floor, and order another one from a different team member.
OReilly's is right across the street with friendlier staff and much bigger inventory. They even offer price matching for AutoZone. I don't know why anyone would choose AZ over Oreillys at this location.
Chris is an amazing employee at this store. His customer service skills were exceptional. He assisted me in locating the correct product, & was very professional and courteous.
I stopped my husband from going to this particular place, The rudeness from there employees are terrible
just asking some thing in the place is ridiculous. Rude every time I have been there, that place has extreme bad energy.

Chris was a big help. Gave me some good advise. I will continue to satisfy my auto parts need at AutoZone.
My car's battery died and Chris (I believe one of the managers) not only helped me find a battery for it but he also drove me to my car and helped me install it. Definitely will go there again to shop more.
The staff helped me with what I needed and I was able to recycle my oil. I enjoy changing the oil and doing tuneups on my cars.
Lee at the rancho store has great customer service. He not only sold me a new battery but installed it for me. Very efficient and polite.
They need to hire people who have knowledge about vehicle part information and have experience working on cars!
