The short Latin or whatever it identified as was very good at helping me out in the parkinglot with my bucket.

Stopped by Autozone after picking up supplies at a near by grocery store this evening. When I entered the store, I initially thought no one was upfront but soon realized that one of the employees a short Latin guy wearing a sports cap was sitting on a crate playing with his phone. I asked some questions about product and he could hardly be bothered. He begrudgingly helped me but it was painfully obvious he was not happy about having to provide minimal customer service. During the middle the transaction he decided to get back on his phone. Honestly the manager of this store really needs to clean house and hire employees that care about Autozone’s brand and image. I think my days of shopping at Autozone are finished, there is an O’Reillys across the bridge in Dublin where the employees are actually passionate about selling automotive product and are enthusiastic about helping customers.

They had the battery I needed and I didn’t have to drive around to find it. Staff was friendly and helpful, even offered to change the battery for me. Too bad my car was dead in the garage or I might have taken them up on the offer.

I don’t know what customer service they are giving they waited me for 30 min when I came to return my old battery I just left without getting paid which I suppose to. Will not come back

Went in for help on my AC. Anish the manager was amazing! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He now has a customer for Life

Went in for a check engine light that just happened and I was concerned because I don’t know much about cars, but Amal (the parts manager) was able to get me scanned and recommended the correct part and all! It was a great experience and we need more people like him in the auto world! (As a female I always feel so embarrassed walking in to autozone) and thank you to Jamaal the cashier for being so nice as well! Keep up the good work!

Stuff is way too overpriced. We used up a fuse in the car and needed to replace the backup in our fuse box. Costed 2x-4x the prices on Amazon.

They charged me twice for some cleaners
They charged my card and charged me in cash and argued that three days to review the cash return

Wanted to return a kit I never used, receipt was expired. Manager Anish wouldn’t even give me store credit for it because it “looked used”. Been a customer here for years and bought thousands of dollars of stuff. Guess my business isn’t needed there.

Lackluster customer service and was told to try a different store because the system was done.

Great experience. Went there to get my car battery tested (without any appointment), they checked and it failed the test (I saw the result). They offered couple of new battery options, explained warranty associated with it and replaced it in no time once I made the selection. I was in and out in 20 mins with new battery installed. Really good people.

Anthony was so helpful and nice. I came in looking for a new headlight and he helped me find what I needed. Thanks Anthony!

They did a great job testing my battery from my car. They were a little understaffed and I had to wait 10 minutes for a one minute test but beyond that the experience was good.

I apologize because I meant to call to get the names of the two guys that helped me! One was a manager and the other was visiting from another store (E).
Here's my story. It took me over three frustrating hours to complete the process of changing my broken windshield wiper stopping at three different places 30 miles away from home trying to get it done (a frequent area I visit). It would have all been adverted if I went to this AutoZone first! Thank God, maps helped direct me to this one!
The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, patient, teaching and helpful making me feel like a valued customer though the whole process! I am grateful to them for the 5-10 minutes it took to educated and help me make the right purchase and then I really appreciate the less than two minutes E took to install both newly purchased windshield wipers with a snap!
Thanks AutoZone for having good quality customer service representatives from visiting employees to managers and even owners responding to comments made of their shops. It shows that AutoZone is promoting and providing exceptional service!
Next time, AutoZone (particularly this one) will be my first choice to get information and materials for my cars then I'll go from there! Thanks for the experience and services AutoZone provides!

Order was placed online based on the availability on their website. Called next day because the pick up email was not received, and they told me that they don't have it, and is coming from the warehouse after 5 days! Order cancelead.and money received after 5 business days. Keep going autozone, this is the way to go, and to screw around with your customers, I'll never buy again from you!
