Erick R.did an amazing job in helping me with my father's car. He overheard my issues in the store and stepped up to help me. The employee that was helping me was new and didn't understand my problem. Erik R.took over and was so knowledgable and figured out exactly what the car needed. He was fantastic. He worked very hard and explained what he was doing. He would not take a tip from me. I would've been happy to pay him as he saved me time and money. Best experience I ever had with a car store. Autozone should know how lucky they are to have him. Thank you Eric R. You will go far in life being so helpful and knowing your profession. He was so professional and did not make me feel bad for knowing nothing about cars.

If you're going in for a car battery replacement, Antonio is your guy. The battery was bought and replaced inside my car in less than 10 minutes. I also have offroad lights connected to my battery and Antonio was able to effortlessly reconnect everything for me as well!

Everything went great! Noe L was a big help! Didn’t treat me like a customer but like a friend! He helped me out with everything! I live and Mecca and the Coachella location is closer to me! But this is my favorite location to come to because of him! Always have a great experience because of him!

I went in to this Auto Zone this afternoon, did my shopping and stood at the counter to be checked out. 1 employee was helping/talking to a group of guys. There was another person (wearing a name tag and an Auto Zone tshirt) behind the counter on the phone. I stood and waited for maybe 10 minutes. The person on the phone hung up and was just standing around. I finally walked over to him and asked him if he could help only to be told he "doesn't work here". There were several other people within earshot also with name tags and also with Auto Zone shirts who said nothing. I turned around and went to put my items back. As I was doing that, a man walked in, went to the counter and was immediately asked if he needed help. So? Auto Zone doesn't sell to women?

Amazing customer service from Noe Luna today. He went above and beyond, laying on the asphalt in 110F weather to help change a tire. We only asked if we could borrow a lug wrench to see what size we needed to purchase and he did it all without us even asking him to. He also took extra time to talk to us about batteries and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again, Noe!

Noe Luna is the man! He got us out of a pinch and was very helpful. He helped us pick the right battery for my vehicle, answered a bunch of my questions, and installed it for us. We also had a flat tire due a blown valve stem and he helped jack the car up and swap out the tires in 115 degree heat! He was happy to help and we appreciated him going above and beyond!

My go to place for auto parts. I stopped in the other day and was helped by Erik. He was very polite and put a new battery in my car for me. I didn’t have tools available and he said no problem and installed the battery in minutes! This is why I choose Auto Zone!

I’m sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience. Mine was overall great! My right tail light was worn out & needed to be replaced. I was planning on winging it. YouTube would have been my go to. Erik greeted me inside the store & asked what I was looking for. He stepped outside, checked out my car. He had great customer service & even installed my headlights free of charge. He allowed me to use his hotspot when my phone wasn’t getting any service. Again great experience, I do recommend this spot.

I'm always at AutoZone on Jackson I'm always having to buy coolant it's soo annoying

Great and prompt service.knowledge of different parts of trucks could be better. Had to explain to the store employee why I needed a certain kind of Funnel for my capless gas inlet, first time he had ever heard of the type of funnel I needed. They should have to train you at some of these things

This AutoZone saved my family and I so much I am beyond grateful for this company I believe the store manager Luna was beyond helpful all of his associates in the store were incredibly helpful they did not hesitate to test my charging system Time after Time after Time after I pulled the battery needed to get a charge to test the system again after I replace the alternator they were beyond helpful and ready to go at every point of the whole experience I never thought almost getting stranded on the side of a road could be such an easy experience to take care of. Thankful as ever for AutoZone in Indio/Coachella for having an alternator in stock and AutoZones associates who were smart enough to put a hub store in such a smart location. I was a parts guy for ages and this place is on my number one places for assistance.

My car would not start and had to be jumped. Called the dealership and they said they were about a week out, even just to change a battery. Went to AutoZone first thing in the morning and the manager (can't remember his name) came out and tested the battery for me. When it tested bad he gave me a couple of options and changed the battery for me. I tried to give him a cash tip but he refused. Super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I visited Auto zone on February 1st in the evening.employees were very attentive, and helpful the guy even help me put in the bulbs for my tail lights on mother's car.customer service.
