6Walked in needing a part quick but the workers in the back didn't bother to check on who was coming in or who needed help. Was standing for a good 10 minutes and heard them in the back just sighing and being annoyed that I was still in the store. Would never come to this location if you are needing a quick part. Go down the street to O'Reilly for better parts and better customer service.
Never again, this place is the worst auto zone I've ever been to. Staff acts like Valium was distributed before start of shift. The tried giving the wrong part and didn't seem to care
The manager, Victor, and two other employees, were very helpful when I went in today. I had alternator and battery issues with my car. They tested them and helped to get the parts needed.
This Auto Zone in Farmersville has always been very helpful.

Great place for auto parts. I even found an adapter for my travel trailer that plugs into truck for blinker and brake lights.
