7Highly recommended! First time at this location and was greeted right when entering store by employees. Great customer service! Was helped by Manager Emiliano- very helpful guy! Glad I came here because I drove across town to AutoZone’s main warehouse on North Blackstone and the night shift people there did not want to help me at all telling me they don’t have any of the parts I asked for without even checking. Anyways I appreciate Emiliano’s and his team help today at Figarden location! Thanks for your guys time! Keep up the good work!
I recommend this auto zone for your auto part needs. I’ve been to this location a few times to borrow their check engine diagnostic machine and it’s always a smooth experience. Customers are acknowledged when they walk through the door making one feel welcomed. You can also order online and pick up in the store.
Staff was friendly and had the stuff I needed. Was able to look up certain items that were not in the floor as well.
The 2 men who were working at 6- 7pm on 3•19•23 were extremely helpful. My husband and I were completely broke down due to us needing new studs on are trailer. These guys went above and beyond researching stud sizes to get us back on the road and out of the cold! I didn’t catch there names, but I hope there customer service skills, professionalism and work is noticed by management. These guys are a great asset to your Autozone team! Thank you both for the help! God bless you both!
Joseph is the man. I had another location call and hold a few items for me and when I arrived Joseph greeted me with a smile and a big welcome answered my questions and provided top notch customer service not like the douche bag short manager at the Blackstone and Barstow location this place will be earning my business and taking my money lol Stay up joe and continue providing that good customer service and knowledge brotha see you Soon. Took my car in because my headlights were out. James identified the issue and even replaced the bulbs for me. 10 minutes later, I was on my way. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you James.
