This AutoZone is so rude to it’s customers. Better yet some lady who works there decided to block a parking spot just for her. And not the customers. There was no sign saying it’s for auto zone workers only. But how rude she pulled up on us rudely saying move and not just hey sorry you can’t park there.

Extremely rude night shift associates. Didnt help with my return, stated I have to go to the autozone I bought the items at (which is a first!) Also told me that the items I had weren't on the receipt even tho they were and when I told him that, he said I have to go to that autozone, and kept repeating "I'm not trying to give you a hard time, " when clearly this is exactly the case! Do not recommend this autozone

Will never go to an autozone again. I bought a radiator for my Honda Civic, the transmission cooler leaked in the radiator, leaking coolant into the transmission, and completely destroying my transmission, effectively destroying my car. Talked to the store about it, was told I needed to contact duralast. I called duralast and was told I need to go to the store to file a claim. Only getting the run around. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars At autozone so you would think someone would look into it but not at all. This is not the first time this has happened with one their new radiator. Thank you for destroying my car autozone. Loved the car but now it’s gotta go to the junkyard.

Had what I needed in stock no problems people were friendly place was clean was looking for front lower control arms for a 2013 Chrysler 300 and they had all four of them in stock right and left hand side

Love how clean and friendly this autozone is. I had to come and do a refund and with my receipt there was no question asked. It was so nice to be able to go the Jess ranch autozone. They made me feel important, and appreciate. I think other autozone should take lessons from this one. They represent autozone with professionalism, concern, and value their customers. I will always patronize Jess ranch autozone

Got my electrical parts this visit; don't care much for self checkout here because it's really cramped.

Good but the prices are not competitive for example car oil costs much more than in other stores

Was traveling and got a check engine light dropped by to get it read here and it was quick and good service. Appears good people work there!
