Was visiting the area, someone hit my gf and i's car and took our driver side mirror off and shattered it. Christmas eve and places were closing early. Called around, many places didnt have what we needed and we only had like 30 mins but this autozone had what we needed at short time so we were able to drive back to Oregon safely. Awesome service.

The little kid didn't even know what size window wiper I needed and I was just double checking to see if he actually knew obviously the passenger fits the passenger side not the driver's side he didn't know that oh but they're all out of the driver's side apparently and I asked him can you go look in the back he's like nope I didn't even go try

5+ Stars for this location and their staff, but really have to say my hat goes off the the Commercial Staff/ Management in the back holding it down and always taking care of not just myself but my customers I get on a day to day basis and my loyal regulars.keep up the hard work and hustle trust me it doesn't Go UnNoticed! I was having a rough time with my son‘s car could not track down the part. This is the only AutoZone that could help. Trust me. Nancy was the best retail personnel I’ve ever dealt with. I was in such a bad mood and Nancy help me out with a smile. She knew exactly what she had in stock and I should’ve trusted her but I don’t trust no one. She assured me she had it. I drove all the way over there and she did give this lady a raise. I love AutoZone all shop here for the rest of my life. I’ve already have been for the last 30

Associates need to be retrained on customer service. I was at the register, trying to pay for my oil filters and it took like 15 minutes for the guy to acknowledge me that I was up at the front register. One of them said all the guy forgot to ring you up. I will ring you up right now another five minutes pass by and I still didn’t ring me up until I finally said pay for this or not that’s when you called. I kind of forgot about me and finally rung me up. This branch needs to focus more on customer service.

ERIC S.at the Rialto location is an exceptional employee. If i could give him 10 stars I would. He went way above and beyond and helped me to purchase a much needed battery for my wifes van. I didn't quite have enough money for this purchase so he volunteered to pay the remaining balance so my wife could get her new battery. He even insisted that i didn't have to pay him back. Honestly i wish there was more i could do then simply pay him back, I'm very grateful, so i returned and payed him back and I'm leaving this review to show my appreciation and gratitude because he deserves the recognition. Next time i need something for my car, I will definitely keep coming back to this location because i was completely satisfied with his customer service. He even took out the old battery and installed the new one with no problems and the van quickly started right up. Thanks Eric for putting yourself in your customers shoes and helping the way u did. 10 stars please give this young man a raise.

I came into the store to pick up a part i ordered via the AutoZone app & Andres proceeded to tell me that I “could go grab the parts myself” when I asked him about if the parts would be ready today and if I needed to keep refreshing the app since it said the order was processing.

Peter was nice enough to assist me a couple hours later once I came back into the store after waiting in the lot by looking up the parts on the computer and let me know they didn’t have either in stock.
I had to ask Andres what his name was due to him not wearing a name tag, don’t know why asking him about picking up a part would need that last second comment of suggesting me to get the parts myself when I definitely would if I could. I wish Andres the best!

This one star goes to specifically and solely to the DISTRICT MANAGER (S) / OWNER.

First off it looks like the staff was doing great until their computer systems started malfunctioning and in turn, causing the line of customers to build more and more.
I blame the District Manager (s) because this wasn't the first time this autozone has had this problem and took more than 30mins to resolve.
DIstrict Managers / Owner should be doing routine check ups or atleast hiring someone to come in and do it on their software and systems, because I'm positive this isn't the first nor the last time this will happen.
This has already happend more than 4x in the past month

I ordered 2 sensors and one lost it and the other melody and they had to order the lost sensor again I think they smoke it, it comes wet

To whom it may concern, I'm sending this information in regards to Eric, Silva who works at auto zone store # 5214. He has the most good customer service I have ever experienced at any other location. He deserves to get promoted to a higher, position. I been with auto zone since 1985. And I have never seen sush a good candidate, like Eric Silva.

I went to buy rent a ball joint tool and bang.one of my heater hoses ruptured on my vehicle. I couldn't find a hose cutter, so i asked noah if they had one i could Barrow so i could try and fix my vehicle at there parking lot. Noah, Nancy V, Sevena did me the most hugest favor. They let me Barrow the cutter. This was possible due to there good harts, professionalism in how the handle my situation.as a customer id love to thank you 3, and autozone for employing nothing but the best. Keep up the amazing work and THANKS NANCY V, SEVENA, NOAH! My gratitude goes out to you all!
