Pleasant experience by both members of the staff. They found the part needed very quickly and provided very quick sale.

There a guy in there that works weekend, when you have a question he tells you to go to another store. The part was literally in front of me and he opened the door told me where to go. The store was empty. So I guess I won't be going back to that location.

Jocelyn is a lifesaver! The staff here was super friendly and very knowledgeable about what I needed fixed. If I could give ten stars I would. Thanks for the help today ladies!

One of the least helpful Autozones I have been to, atleast when the shorter orlder lady is working there. She doesn't like helping people out and doesn't ask how you want the return. I would rather drive 20min away to the Gardena store then go here for parts or service. Just another typical store that hires people that don't know anything about cars or customer service.

I called to ask if they had a water hose for my car they said yes, I went in to buy it, and it was not like mine, they sent me to a different AutoZone she they Said they had it and nope, they also didn't have it, then they sent me to a third one in a different city and they didn't have it.
I went to O'Reilly's and they had it.
I'm so tired of traveling to different places and standing in lines.
No more AutoZone for me

Went in to see if they had flathead screws for brake job. The guy behind the counter said they don't. Went home, looked online, just so happens they do carry them. Ordered them online and went to picked them up. Thanks autozone for the two trips to your store.
