I want to take a chance to shout out the excellent service I received at this autozone location! A few days ago, I was heading to the adjacent taco bell. The battery light on my dash came on, and just before I entered the shopping center, my car died. I managed to coast off the road to be (mostly) out of the way of traffic. My husband was at work and unable to come help and roadside assistance quoted 2.5 hours at least. My husband on the phone suggested I head to autozone as he had noted my battery was very old and had accumulated a lot of acid residue. He said that I should purchase a new battery and he would try to find someone to come and help me install it.

Once I entered the store, I was helped by both Bert and Cameron who upon hearing of my issue, came out and not only helped me push my car to safety, but then also offered to replace my battery for me. It was because of them I was stranded for no more than an hour when I was worried I might be stuck there for several hours. It's been a long time since I've received service this kind and extensive. I can't say enough kind things about the staff at this location, especially Bert and Cameron. Thank you guys!

5 stars customer service! Rich was very helpful over the phone. After that I came in store and Pedro the young gentleman was patient, knowledgeable, and also very helpful & attentive to answer all questions. Thank you for all you do starting my weekend with customer first service! You guys are awesome!

What Great Customer Service at This Auto Zone today from all the staff! Especially Dawson who was so kind and helpful to me and my daughter this morning. He went above and beyond to help us and I'm sure it's not the first time. Thank you to all your help, You deserve a raise. Great experience. Cameron was knowledgeable and very quick. I had my battery purchased and replaced in less than 5 minutes. Car is working like new. Can’t be more happy with the service and purchase.

This is the closest auto parts store to me but it’s also one of the worst! I work on all makes and models for the pass 15 yrs and I understand that some parts are just too new or are dealer only but they seem to never have my parts. I worked closely with AZ when I worked at Firestone. If I’m lucky and get parts then it’s wrong. I have the Duralast Gold cv axle that has a lifetime warranty from what I was told when I bought it. It’s one of the few parts they got right. So I called to confirm that I bought it there under my name and number and they confirmed I did. They “ordered” it and assured me it would be there next day. So the guy says bring the damaged one and we will swap it no worries. I took the cv axle there mid afternoon and it wasn’t in. He said it will be here by the afternoon shipment after 1. So I called around 3 and it still wasn’t in. He said he would call when it’s in but I never got a call. I called the next morning for them to say it’s still not in. I was told that it wouldn’t take long to get there because it was at their hub in south sac. That’s only 15 min drive from there. Don’t get your parts here or anything else. Go to the Walmart for small stuff and any other parts store but this one.

I needed wiper blades. The man behind the counter helped me choose the best value of wipers for my vehicle. The best part is he installed them for free! With that kind of level of service and customer satisfaction. I now have found a parts store where service comes first. I will be shopping at AutoZone for all my auto needs in the future. If you are looking for great service and fair prices, stop by. You won't be disappointed.

I was helped by two nice men that made sure I got the right oil for my car, he helped get it for me as I couldn't reach it.after I was able to give them the empty bottles for them to toss. Thank you for the service!

Checked online and found high reviews and chose this store! But makes me very disappointed and angry! The first time I changed the battery in my car, a staff member named Bert was responsible for the replacement, but the technology was very unskilled. When dismantling parts, a part fell into the car and it took time to find it (also found by my husband). Replace it. The battery has been replaced with the screws, but Bert knew that he forgot to put the battery cover soft rubber back on after I reminded him to put it back impatiently, and his attitude was very poor with a foul language! When the worse thing is that the screw is not tightened, and the trigger can't be opened again the next day! Just put the screw cap on before you can start the car!

Very knowledgeable and helpful people helped me get the right battery for my son's 96' Toyota Tercel.not an easy feat. They're in store tools also helped because I forgot mine.
