AutoZone Auto Parts, Rancho Cucamonga CA

I've been coming to this place for years now. Idk where I would go if they closed. They are not closing jjst saying.

Difficult to get someone to help you. Went in to check out some LED bulbs. Asked one of the associates for help. He took me to the aisle and quickly walked away. Didnt ask what type of bulb. He didnt seem to want to bother with my purchase.

Come here sometimes because they're the ones usually open late but always have trouble with getting them to find the part I need or they give me the wrong part and assure me it fits when it doesn't or not helpful at all. FAILED! And please AutoZone don't reply to this like you care cuz I don't think half your staff can even change a tire out properly or should they be looking for blinker fluid. No more. Boycott for life.

Thankful to have this autozone close by. It’s 24hr and they tend to have most the parts in stock. I will return

This is NOT a 24 hour store anymore. I am here and there is a sign in the window that reads closed until 7 AM

Slow service and employees don't know what they are doing. Poorest service in any autozone ive been to

I found what I was looking for real fast and without any help, but when I went to check out, nobody noticed me and it took about 15 minutes till I got someone to take my money and get on my way

There was not enough staff to help customers 3 people including myself walked out with no purchase after waiting 15 min in line just to pay for merchandise and I was no way close to the register so I went to Oriley up the street.

I don't care what company you are; If you stay open 24 hours in California. I love you. Huge selection. Nice Employees. Locked doors.lol.

Nice place, nice selection, but the staff here is not knowledgeable enough to give a proper advice. Do your research before you go here.

Some of the employees are awesome others make you a Wonder how they manage to tie there shoes in the morning

Very helpful personnel and personable. The man knew his stuff by me giving the year of the car and what I needed and he looked up then found exactly the correct item I needed. He was gracious enough to put the part on the car for me, (it wasn't that busy in the store right then). Very nice people.

Always a pleasure going into any AutoZone they always make people feel welcomed Nd comfortable to ask any question nd anything in the store also comes with warranty its great!

For the right tools or parts and competitive prices and sometimes lower than the competition this is the auto parts store.
