Great staff, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Michael Terry the store manager is very professional and helpful! I think I just found my new favorite Autozone store, thanks guys!

I bought three from this place over the years they never last more than three years in order to get refunded for the rest of the warranty, I have to buy another battery from the store or bring back the use battery.

Always a good place to get get what you need for your car. You like cars the have the parts and many more to choose from for your car needs.

I had a good experience there i went in a couple of days ago and bought a few items i walked off leaving behind one item. I went back in today and the guy that waited on me remembered me and got my item.

Manager had a drama fest and a tantrum because I was standing where he didn't want me due to a small sign on an electric panel. I was there due to COVID-19 trying to maintain 6 feet which was nearly impossible. Interestingly, he justified his behavior due to a small low risk safety sign but.after my eviction I was trying to find someplace to wait while commercial was getting my order together and low and behold, I found a fire exit door with a huge sign saying "FIRE EXIT Do Not Block" and guess what, it was, probably still is, blocked by boxes full of stock and other assorted debris. Too bad that he didn't have a drama fest over something with real danger.

Went to get my Check Engine light checked as they do a free check. I've been there twice, the other time was to have them check my battery. Both times has been great. Very friendly service and very helpful. I also get a full detailed list of what is wrong with the car after they check it.

The reason why I'm giving this a 1 star is because they send you to a different location most of the time for not having the part on stock.

My customer service was excellent. Very nice people and can help with any discrepancies you have.

The people are knowledgeable and don't try to over sell you on ehat you dont need best autozone in town.

Very poor service there ask where an item was and she just pointed to the direction seemed like she couldn't be bothered I left and went to o rileys instead difentley wont go back

Went in to find out I'd I actually needed a new battery for my car. The guy who helped told me the signs to look out for a dying/bad battery. Then he tested my battery prices me a good one and replaced it for me. Excellent service and great advice!

Always busy, been over charged and basically called a liar. Would say going to a different location that knows what they are talking about and can do there job correctly would be a better option

All auto chains suck, but this place is the worst! No matter what day it is their always understaffed and unknowledgable. Phones are always ringing while your waiting for help. Its always been that way and it always will! AZ will never change their ways!

For the most part, they are pretty good at having what I want and have it in stock. They, as many local auto parts store, limited and rarely up to date with the current in automotive trends and
advancements, thus the 3 stars. If they continue to fail in this area, I fear they will fall to the wayside, as many businesses have already done. We will then soon be only be able to find auto parts on the internet.

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, courteous & if they don't have part on stock they call around looking for it for you so you're not broke down longer than you have to

Its literally 3 blocks away from my house and I rather go to pep boys or another auto parts store.never have enough people working and hardly anyone is knowledgeable.plus the parts are never there.

Awseome! The manager Malcolm was very friendly helpful professional and soothing. To top it off shockingly handsome. I will drive all The way to Westlane just for his service. Awesome customer service.
