Great customer service and very out going. If you need help best auto zone to come to in western California area. They really help you.

I’m always treated great when I come in to this AutoZone. Unfortunately my battery was dead and I had to go in to replace it. Grateful for the warranty lol. I walked in, waited only a few minutes to get seen since there was a line (6ft apart of course) Rico A.called me up to the register, found my name on their computer and that was it. He told me to wait a few minutes while he attended other costumers. After a few minutes, he changed my battery. It didn’t take long at all. Very pleased with the service.

3m double sided red tape. Went to office depot and staples around Westchester and Culver city. This place in Inglewood had it!

The environment was really clean and there was one man that was exceptional at customer service. He helped me add oil, change my window wipers, and added some oil for the window wipers. He did not hesitate to help us out! Will definitely return to this specific location if I need anything else!

Stephanie and Donavan were such a wonderful help. I was stranded out in the area from Fresno and they were able to make sure I got everything I need to get going. Awesome team here! Thank You

The employee "Daniel" was very efficient, patient, & helpful! I wasnt sure on what & how to handle my car problem & he sold me the part & quickly installed lt! I left very happy & peace of mind! This was my first time there & would definitely go back if needed & recommend to all my friends/family!

Watch out for the homeless folks they allow to camp in the parking LOT. They work in teams, one will watch you enter while the others rip off everything in your car. Even after a number of break ins and complaints, the refuse to tackle the issue. Watch for used needles.

I came here to see why my check engine light was on, as soon as we walked in we were greeted & assisted by Micah. He went above & beyond checking everything on my car & gave me great info. We came and went, & it was super stress free! Thank you Micah!

I'm giving this specific store a bad rating because I just called in for a part and was told "I don't know, were a small store.call the one on 102nd. Well lazy ass! I don't know who hired you but they need some training on customer service.that's why you have a computer that tells you which store does have it in stock. Freaking idiot. Why not just tell people to drive to the 190th store because they are your warehouse.

Staff was friendly prompt and knowledgeable. They didn't have the part in stock but kindly ordered to order it. Unfortunately, we didn't have the luxury of waiting a few days to finish the repair so we had tutu get the mechanics sources part for 4x the amount. Not their fault, just pointing out they had an excellent price as well as excellent service!

Litterally called twice in a row so ask if something was in stock and both representatives put me on hold and said "one second". 6minutes later no response. Don't call these guys to ask if they have something in stock. They will leave you stranded.

Horrible experience! Will never visit auto zone again period. The employees called someone from outside to mechanically deal with auto and he ended up breaking things he wasn't supposed to even touch. Everything was on the ground, pieces everywhere. Had to call the police because the employees recommended him and called him too the store. Omg! It was a total nightmare and later a $5000 fee to fix. I called auto zone Corp 4 to 5 different times and no phone call/message has ever been returned. Do not trust employee's judgements plz.

Called before to ask for an item and was told they have it, came in and they didn’t plus the ones they tried to sell me weren’t even enough.
