One of the employees recognized me and gave me a nice welcome. They were all very helpful. Thanks everyone who works at the Autozone next to Cardenas.

I haven't been here in a long time but staff was very helpful. Purchased a battery from a different location and had the employee install it for me. He messed it up and the battery started leaking. Although the battery was in good condition when tested, the manager went ahead and exchanged it for me.

Went in with a battery issue, Jose the counterman was very helpful. Thanks Jose got me back on the road again.

Erick I.one of the managers there was a great help to my husband and i. He's very knowledgeable he helped us found out that our 1969 ford mustang had a 351 Cleveland and not the 351 windsor we thought it had the whole time. Thank you so much again Erick! You helped us so much.

My experience with AutoZone Euclid/Francis was 1st Class! Where can I start, Albert and Mayra went out of their way being helpful, caring, dependable and hard working! I believe Autozone has two valuable team members in Albert and Mayra! I will always reccomend this AutoZone location to everyone I know.

Great customer service the help with a scanner incase your check ingine is on really convenient

The guys that work here are so nice and helpful one of the guys took time off the register just to assist me and even took time to look through the inventory for the things i needed and helped me in choosing what complemented my car best. 10/10

Very friendly staff that helped us with an issue on our car. The maintenance light came on for no aparent reason. Didn't charge us anything for the help they provided.

Poor customer services. I waited in line, brought $7 pair of light bulb for my back brakes. I wanted to change the bulb right there then, I asked the big guy and big chick can I loan a tool. They wouldn’t give me anything “because it’s against the policy” for Quick Change? I ain’t never heard of that B. S.at the other autozone place. Just poor and laziness customer service. Never will go back there again.

Called for some info on my car and was told thay can't look it up.called o'reillys
And thay gave me the info I needed plus options to fix the problem.
Will not be returning to auto zone.

Typical Autozone, nothing stands out. Some days are busier than others. On busy days, expect to wait forever as they help people locate parts, the check out line gets longer.
