They have helped my family so much in a very painful and stressful time. We are so grateful for the help from all the staff at The Arlo. Thank you for allowing my family to have a home to call home. It hasn’t been easy this year, but knowing there’s awesome people who truly care makes what we went through worth it, it led us here.

Getting our keys was so easy, we came in and told her what apt we were moving into. Checked ID’s and dropped off our deposit, got some info packets and got our keys. Took maybe 15 minutes. She was very nice and helpful too.

I am very impressed with the new staff and maintenance crew! They are kind and efficient.
Update: I had to move due to the death of my Husband. I didn't want to leave, but had to.
I will miss everyone.

The external apartments were nice and had a nice community. There were always cockroaches despite pest control in the apartment. Appliances were outdated and tended to break down. Carpet was not laid well and warped after a year of use. Maintenance often took over a week to get to requests unless we called the emergency line or front desk. Garbage vallet was nice. Would have liked recycling as well. Cost was a little high for not being updated but cheap for California standards of living with inflation. Parking spaces were nice and back patio was nice.

I recently just made a post about entering without permission.one reason I said this old owners, maintenance entered and damaged my floor in a few spots and no proof or even the person available to prove he did it.and I been complaining about my plumbing for a few months now and my kitchen sink has been backed up for months and gnats flying around my whole house. Till this date its still not fixed been a few months now.and honestly I've gotten so used to the flies and gnats I've named 2 flies Tom and Jerry! And 2 gnats I've named Bill and Ted!

Maintenance person was on time, and did a great job. Came prepared to fix the problems. Was presentable and had nice conversations.

They responded right away and the maintenance man resolved the issue quite efficiently.i have every confidence that should i have any other issues they'll respond quickly and efficiently then as well.

Updated: Almost 2 years later. Even though I've had good memories living here despite covid and other factors. I can say I would have had them anywhere else. When I first moved in it was Autumn Ridge Most of the property management people I have dealt with were polite and patient with me. We did have a few issues with the unit. But most of that was to do with the shorter than expected turnaround from the last tenants. Maintenance was quick and professional fixing issues. When I mentioned another minor issue. I expected to have to have Managment make a work order but they just took care of it while they were there. Moises S.and Williams S.are the best! Though they don't work here anymore since the property was purchased by the new owners. They then renamed it "The Arlo" kinda pretentious naming affordable apartments old English for hill fort or something. The new owners have stopped at nothing to try to improve the value of the property which seems like it would be a good thing. But it's not to improve thier current tenants lives its to help sell refurbished units. But it is a business after all. What is irritating is that instead of putting in the minimum amount of effort to care for thier tenants they have a very us versus them mentality. For instance I parked my car in general parking my wife parked her car in our paid parking spot. Weeks ago they sent out a email stating that they would resurface our parking lot. Then Sent another postponing it. My wife and I didn't remember to check the dates because we were both sick stomach bug or something. We weren't to worried because there were not any posted signs in that parking area at the time. We felt worse so we both called in sick for work. Well long story short I had to pay $700 dollars to get our cars back because they towed them. No one knocked no one called. Just said oh we posted the signs yesterday and sent out emails it's your fault for parking there. To be fair they put in the minimum effort to get the word out. They could have looked at the parking spot number and at least given me a call but they didn't. Because that would have required effort I didn't deserve. This is one example of how little they care about current residents. I could list more but this is getting long. So in summary move here if you don't have other options.
I am not sure yet when we will be moving but it's no longer a if we will be moving.
I will update this again then.

The office staff are helpless.they took around 2 months to change the bulb and tube lights in the unit.
There is no security. My vehicle was stolen from my dedicated spot and community does not have any camera.recently the catalytic converter of my truck was stolen and community is not able to do anything. I still pay for my dedicated parking spot from where my car was stolen. Hope community can at least provide some security for cars or have camera in the community

These are great apartments and worth the price for all the amenities included. Maintenance can be a bit slow of a process if it's a normal wear and tear issue, but if it's an emergency they'll fix it right away.
I'm happy to continue living in this community.

Helpful staff just make sure that if you're visiting and have a new car without plates that your sticker clearly shows in the window or they'll tag your car to tow it for not having plates. Been there done that.

Alex is a Fantastic maintenance man. He does everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied with their service. I’ve lived here for a year and the new management is great.

Request don’t get actioned until a month later. No urgency, gates are always open lots of homeless people roam freely. Not to mention the bugs and roaches, huge issue.

I had to leave for a Drs appt and when I got back two hours later everything was in working order with no mess. I really appreciate how guickly things get done here.

The new owners are really great at responding to service requests.
We had to pay a late fee due to new charges, renters insurance, even though we had our own. For some reason we payed rent on time for last 3 months, but apparently it was like 7.50 short and no-one said anything till like 3 months later. I am disabled and requested a hand rail in shower 4-5 times with last company and once with new one and still have not had a response.

Between my screen door needing to be replaced and a number of other things myself and also a licensed contractor have noted plus my water being disgusting and coming out murky and a film on the surface I'm having a hard time saying anything good about this place. I'm using bottle water for cooking and drinking. I have a solid 1- 1 1/2 inch gap from the bottom of my door to the floor. Someone in my block complained about me smoking and yet someone else is smoking pot and I can smell it at the base of the stairs through the whole block. Long story short this is definitely only going to be temporary until I find a house to buy.

The new ownership of Autumn Ridge has really made an excellent turn over for the better. The maintenance staff to the staff in the office and the management. Satisfied completely. I feel more safe here. When I need something done in my apartment maintanance is always there to fix the problem with satisfactory results. The staff of Autumn Ridge are always friendly and always willing to fulfill whatever your needs are. I'm a satisfied tenant for sure ;-)
