AVA Burbank

AVA is a great community. And AVA maintenance is awesome too. Erik and Luis have been great help in all times of maintenance emergencies. They have always been respectful and courteous and especially during these uncertain times they always follow Covid restrictions with shoe coverings and face masks. Thank you guys and thank you AVA!

I must praise the maintenance team, Erick Contrerras and Luis Alatorre, for their professionalism and hard work to fix our heating system. They were very proficient and thorough, walking me through the process from start to finish and explaining what needed to take place. They worked in a timely fashion and fixed the issues perfectly. Very thankful for their service. The maintenance has always been top tier and dependable in my entire living experience here at AVA Burbank.

This is a perfect place to live.
Most of all the service is the best ever.
Especially I alway thankful to Erick. He is always professional and kind and nice. He’s doing great job.

We've lived here for almost two weeks now and have had a great experience so far. Special shoutout to Romeo in the leasing office for just being super warm and friendly whenever we've needed anything. And special shoutout to Luis, who fixed our shower, ceiling, and toilet quickly and efficiently. Both guys were very helpful and have made the beginning of our residency fantastic. Thanks!

Have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it. The staff has been very quick to accommodate any problems we may have as far as maintenance or technical inquiries regarding our online account. In particular I would like to call out Romeo Singh who is the customer service supervisor. When I call the office, I immediately ask for him because I know I'll be taken care of, quickly and correctly.

Alfredo (maintenance) does a great job in keeping our bldg always cleaned. Even making sure screen windows are free of dirt & dust. I really appreciate his professional & friendly attitude. Thanks again Alfredo

I was having a rough day waiting in line at the DMV for 3 hours and I left my keys. Thank you for Nino assisting me with helping me whether my apartment towards the end of the day. I really like how AVA takes care of their residents. Thanks for everything

I really appreciate Nino and the staff assisting me with an application process that I have to get for my friends daughter. He made everything very smooth and at ease. Thank you for the time and happy that we have a home for my friends daughter. Very close to NYFA and great location with apartment.

I’ve only been here for a year and the experience here has been nothing but amazing. Any problem is fixed immediately, and the front office is very helpful and welcoming. Nino was our contact from the beginning and to our last days in the apartment. He was very helpful and understanding. He made it difficult to leave Ava apartments. If you are thinking of a good place to live, ask for Nino.

Since I moved in a few months ago, countless cars have had their windows smashed and things stolen in the middle of the night. AVA Burbank is completely aware of it and is actually deleting posts from residents who post about the theft in the community Facebook group. They don’t respond to emails asking why we won’t install cameras, and they give the same lies and excuses to everyone who asks in the Facebook group by claiming cameras won’t help the problem.

The maintenance man came the day after I posted my request. He was polite, dllligent and solved my sink drain problem. Thank you AVA for making this process so easy!

Nino the customer service supervisor, is very helpful and reliable person. I think my experience has been amazing. Everythinh is great so far! Soon ill look into lookinh fir my own studio.

Nino was great with helping me move into ava apartment. So far everything great meet lots of cool people!

The maintenance guys get 5 stars because they go the extra mile. Today I was walking with my rug dr carpet cleaner machine when Eduardo stop his cart & offered to put the machine in his cart & even carried it to my 2nd level apt. I greatly appreciated his kindness! Also wanted to give kudos to Manuel (Manny) for always keeping my bldg & all Ava bldgs in great condition. I saw Manuel in the alley by the freeway sweeping up all the debris. He is always hard at work. Plus he does his job with a good attitude & smile

Oliver was so helpful. He was so kind and explained everything in details. We could get lots of information about the community in half an hour. Thanks!
