Maintenance is so nice, personable, and great at their jobs. Steve had our backed up bathroom sink working immediately, was very polite and in and out. Benjamin asked us for information about a repeated HVAC problem we’ve been having and is following up with some more extended repairs in the coming week. Both super nice guys, I also appreciated that they enjoyed our cats)

Ben from Maintenance team has the magic touch! Solved my heating problem in a second and put scented air filter in for us. Also Steve last week put in a new garbage disposal for us. Maintenance team here is always on point.

I moved into AVA Toluca a few months ago now and I can say that is has been a dream. I needed a place fast, I wanted short term and furnished if possible and Brian in the office found me the perfect apartment! He made the entire process easy and even helped me with utilities when I got moved in. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and proud of the complex. Ben in maintenance is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, fixing my microwave in just a few hours during the holidays. The location is great, I even walk to some of my favorite places in Toluca Lake. I am glad I chose AVA Toluca.

I've lived in this community my entire 15 years in Los Angeles and have had great experiences through this time. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. I submitted a request to have my showerhead replaced today and Benjamin came same day on New Years Eve to complete it promptly. I look forward to another great year at this community.

I am living in this community for about 4 years and maintenance team are great. We had a maintenance emergency in New year Eve and it was addresses by Ben in less than an hour. Thank you Ben

Our shower drain was clogged and we tried to fix it our selves but that didn’t work so we desperately needed help! Steve the maintenance tech came same day and did an amazing job fixing it! He not only unclogged our drain but replaced our shower had as well. Steve also left the shower/bath looking spotless! My boyfriend and I were so happy. Ava’s maintenance techs always come through!:)

Super friendly maintenance staff, everyone I needed help every person that has come into my place was overly friendly. My power went out so I called into maintenance for help. Scott showed up today and not only fixed the problem but helped me figure out what the root of the problem was. Thank you Scott!

The service in this apartment complex is great! They always take care of any problems in your home. Today I had a light bulb replaced. I posted a request in the app and the technician was here in 15 minutes! I am so thankful to Ben! He restored the light so quickly and did everything carefully and professionally!

Had a great experience with maintenance team member Steve at the AVAToluca hills. Fixes problems quickly and professionally. The customer service is good here.

Everyone from Maintenance is amazing and so friendly. Steve in particular from Maintenance is one of my favorite maintenance techs and he is always swift and efficient. On top of all of that he always puts on footsies over his shoes before he enters. He also answers any question I have when there is an issue! Nothing bad to say!

This review is ONLY for my maintenance tech today, he was one of the nicest employees I’ve come across in my 2 and a half years living here.
Ben fixed my microwave and my drawer within a half hour and was extremely kind, smiley and efficient.

Benjamin is the absolute best maintenance tech i’ve ever worked with! He’s super helpful and nice i definitely recommend asking for him if you need any maintenance in your apartment!
