Avalon Campbell

I would say Avalon Campbell Community is one those most amazing place you would always dream of to call home. The staff is amazing, the customer service is 5 star, the community supervisors, Linda and Dianna are such awesome people with great personality, I am glad that I can call Avalon Campbell is my home.

Very well maintained apartment community. The only one thing I don't really like is the traffic noises on HWY 17.

Since we moved to Avalon Campbell, we have enjoyed our stay here. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. Linda goes extra mile in helping the residents. The pool and amenities in the apartment complex is great!

A week ago our renewal date came up and gave me reason to head down to the leasing office to have a chat. The team there was exceptionally friendly AND were willing to work with me to a price where I felt comfortable. (What a relief).

We've been living in Avalon for almost 3 years now and each of my run-ins (package deliveries, maintenance requests, etc.) with the team at the leasing office were more than pleasant!

I've lived at Avalon Campbell for just over 2 years. Linda Okamoto and her team, onsite property mgmt, are very easy to work with and helpful. The facilities team is very responsive and timely to resolve issues.

Maintenance is really fast. I request the service in afternoon, the employer, David, come to fix the sink after 1 hour.:)

I absolutely love living in Avalon Campbell. The front office staff and maintenance guys are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces when they see you. The units are all beautifully renovated and rent prices are comparable to the area. Aside from the amazing staff and units, you can't beat the location. Steps away from Downtown Campbell, as well as the Los Gatos Trail. I highly recommend!

I just moved in to the Avalon Campbell and it's an awesome place. Besides having so many places within walking distance and the Los Gatos creek trail as your backyard, the leasing office and maintenance staff are the nicest people around.

Great place to live. Super close to downtown. Very dog friendly and staff is very nice and accommodating. Anytime we needed a little fix on our apartment it was taken care of in a timely manner. Best place to live in Campbell hands down.

Location and facilities are amazing. Great amenities and beautiful pool in the summer time. Close proximity to downtown Campbell, Los Gatos creek trail and Campbell park. Well managed and friendly staff. Quiet, clean and friendly community to reside in.

My family has lived here for close to a year and our experience has been nothing but positive. Repairs and maintenance have always been immediately attended to - including fixing our heater on Thanksgiving morning! The facilities are always well kept and the office staff has been kind and helpful from day one.

Now that we are planning on moving to a house in the area, Linda Okamoto has made everything simple and pain free! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move.

Excellent staff and perfect location. The weekends consist of either walking the creek trail or taking a stroll downtown to the farmers market.

The emenities are great with a big pool, fire pit, and nice workout room. Best apartment I've lived in yet!

We have lived here for 2 years now and we have many good things to say about it! First and foremost is the location. It is so nice being able to walk to Downtown Campbell and on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. The amenities are great.especially the pool. Maintenance staff are super quick and friendly! Definitely recommend living here!
