Avalon Health Care San Andreas

I have made several visits here in the past month and the vibe is always upbeat, cheerful and airy. Staff bustling around and busy. Everyone I have met has been very nice. There is a huge range of medical needs in the resident population here and the staff seems numerous and organized. I feel very confident that my aunt is receiving the care she needs. She will be a long term resident here and she likes the facility.

Trash facility with trash nurses. Make fun of patients and don't take care of them. If you want your loved one to not get proper care then this place is it.

I felt like family and I didn’t even want to leave the treatment was bar none the best staff to the place is clean and beautiful

Why are you still having visitation’s amid this outbreak of Covid? Is your staff responsible or is it the visitors? Seems pretty silly to continue to put everyone at risk. 13more people tested positive for Covid as of feb 13

I want to express how happy I am that my mom stayed at such an amazing place! The staff was really attentive and caring! My mom really enjoyed her stay and she connected deeply with some of the staff so much that when it was time to go home she cried! I’m just so thankful for a place like Avalon that really puts patients first. She did say the food could have been better, but that’s any hospital like setting!

I would like to give a review of San Andreas Avalon care facilities.

My mom has been there since March. She has been cared for, and well taken care of. She has made friends.

The facility is old, but it’s clean. The staff is kind, and thorough. They have activities, a garden in the back, and a grassy area for visiting.
It is nestled in the foothills and it’s quiet.

I would like to see more volunteers there. If you have it in your heart to volunteer with the elderly I would encourage you to stop by and visit.

I want to thank the staff for all their hard work.
From the CNA‘s, to the administration, and the social workers, the activity directors they all do you a great job.

I’m looking forward to my next visit.

When I think of Avalon Health Care of San Andreas. I think of compassion, love, and determination. We as a team provide the highest level of care each and everyday to our patients, residents, and even loved ones. I speak of this, because I myself have my grandmother in our facility. Great environment, open with loving arms. The staff treats the residents with respect, dignity, and empathy.

This is a wonderful place to have your loved one, the staff are so compassionate and treat your family like their own. I would highly recommend anyone having to place a loved one to go here. They have excellent therapists for short term rehab.

Bad food and bad stuff as in the cna's and some of the RNC's as well the food is cold or not what's on the menu their not setup for any one that has diabetes, they let the people that stay their Rome freely and they go in to other people rooms and at night it sounds like a insane asylum and cant sleep if u need this place go to the one in Sonora ita was better then this one
