Hi friends: I want to share my experiences with avalon Woodland Hills, it’s greats place and righ choice to live, the community is gorgeous and service request get fulfilled quickly, it’s feels like home, the maintenance stuff goes above and beyond to help you with anything you may need, specially Mr: CARL.m his is a very professional and helpful, I am so happy to choose Avalon Woodland Hills.thank you

WE lived here for 6 years. Pretty good neighborhood and nice maintenance service. They have 24 hour maintenance crew who are all very nice and ernest. Like any other big community, there are problems. Some people don't follow common sense rules and some are outright outrageous. We were lucky with stable neighbors and a quiet building but I know that not every building is this good. The access is amazing and you have everything at your fingertips. We are thinking about extending our lease for the 7th year.

Love the location an apartments. Staff is great! Looking forward to resident events soon. Property is kept clean by a great cleaning company every day.

I am living in this community for almost 2 years.
Nice area, convenient, safe, and the office is always available and helpful. Pablo and Alfonso, and Carl are the bast. They are very friendly and whenever I have any problems I always feel comfortable to go in and talk to them. They are always takes care of us, responds quickly and follows up so that we are not forgotten. I’ve referred people to this community and they love working with them too. Maintenance is also available and quick when we need them. The atmosphere here is very family orientated and we love it.

I had a leak under my sink and my AC was leaking as well. Pablo came to my apartment as soon as the work order was placed. He was very professional and fixed everything in no time. The Avalon is very lucky to have him. Thank you Pablo!

My friend is a resident here at the Avalon and i enjoy coming here because the staff always pleasant, Athenna is great she helped me find a handi cap spot witch was great since I need to do a shorter walk. But Athenna has a great personality and she really has good customer service! We rather work with her. She is the best

The maintenance team are working perfectly and quickly. I’m really appreciate them, specially Juan Franco always is on time and kind and professional in his job.main reason for 3 years living in Avalon Woodland Hills is the maintenance team

I absolutely love this property the location is perfect and the staff is so nice. I just moved in a few weeks ago, Athenna was my leasing agent and she made the process so easy and less stressful!

I have lived here for a month now and Athena was there from start to the end helping me with whatever i needed. Really nice complex. Would recommend

Good place to live short term, apartments are nice and quite, but very expensive. Security men are asshats, parking is assigned but tandem, elevators always breaking down, and because there are so many people the gate is absolutely ineffective. They need a person at the gate.

I have been living in avalon for 3 years and i love everything about it, specially knowing chantel who works in the office she is the best person i have ever known she really helps you and guids you.avalon is more amazing with chantel working there.

Worst place to live if you don’t have kids and need some piece and quiet after work and on weekends.

Look out! There is no customer service here at avalon woodland hills. They talk to you like you asking to live here. Even the manager in the office. I will not receive this place.

Excellent place to live, very clean, quiet, pet friendly, very competent maintenance staff, close to good schools and shopping. Overall great place to live

Safe place and excellent maintenance.especially about our apartment with many problems.i'm thankful of mr. Juan and mr. Renzo who try and work hard to get two brand new apliances for my apartment.exellent job guys.

I want to say the leasing office here at avalon Woodland Hills has really been so helpful. For instance, when I had an issue with my ticker for gate access, Athenna my favorite leasing office agent helped me. She really has helped me and I see her around the community being so nice to all the residents. Oh and I like her car. It's really beautiful lowkey:)

The office staff at avalon Woodland Hills always responds quickly to anything I need and what I need help with. Every time I come in I always feel welcomed and they throw great resident events. I really like Chantalle and Athenna they have great personalities. What a duo! I think they deserve more than a review but thank you for everyone’s help! I’ve been living here for awhile! Erick also! My bro he’s a good dude!

I love Avalon Woodland Hills a lot. Environment is lovely, staff is friendly, facilities and amenities are good. More importantly, the maintenance staff, in particular, George, has always been helpful, responsive, and with a cheerful positive attitude to all the residents, which has made our stay an even better experience. Thank you George!

Just moved in recently, all I can say is.the leasing team is amazing! Athenna, took care of us from day one and very healpful and makes sure that everything is taken care of. Chantalle helped me a lot too from the move in as well and follows up effortlessly to make sure everything is dealt with as well. Daniel assisted me with the info on the phone as well. Juan, the maintenance tech helped us with the move in. Really happy to live here and I can now call this place home
