Avana Rancho Cucamonga online application process was seamless it was very convenient. I was contacted by staff within hours of applying and was able to pick up my keys within 3 days from Halle who was also awesome. Halle was there to answer all questions I had a guide me through the process.

I have never heard of you not being able to smoke in your apartment let alone in the complex you are living in.had I known that I would not have rented from this place. Should have done more homework.great place but that particular rule of you not being able to smoke sucks.

Living here since November has been a COMPLETE NIGHT MARE. I have told the office several of times about cars parking into my ASSIGNED PARKING spot and nothing was done until someone broke into my car and stole my belongings. It wasn’t until then when they gave me a garage. Now, I have been having issues with my Ac since April. First, it wouldn’t past 80 degrees, they came fixed it. 2 days later it started to leak, they came fix it and left. It started leaking again, then they came fixed it and now today it makes a super loud noise when I turn it on. All I ever get from them is the run around. I am currently looking for other apartments but I aware you please stay away from these apartments

Between Halle in leasing and the maintenance team this place is a true gem. Halle made the move flawless for us as well as kept us up-to-date on paperwork needed and Halle and her team were very welcoming. Had a couple of maintenance issues and they completed them in less then 8 hrs. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call HOME.

Don't even think to apply I am paying 3882$ just to leave no parking if u work late.no visitor parking either plus they are pricey for 2 bedroom paying more than 2000$ a month just rent a house with 4 bedroom for 2150$

All the staff is excellent, they are always willing to help you and answer your questions. I'm in love with the environment and all the common areas. This is the perfect place to live.

Avana Rancho Cucamonga apartment complex is a really nice community to live in. The property is really well maintained and the staff is always really friendly and helpful.

Can’t wait till my lease ends complained to management about our downstairs neighbor that smells like dog urine on his balcony that I have to pass by everyday! Three more months and I’ll be gone!

My wife and I have lived here for a year now and just decided to upgrade our apartment to a bigger unit. The whole process was done in a timely manner, especially because of their electronic system and helpful staff. We were helped by Betty and Paul which made the process even better! Betty helped us out during our move-in day and was very proactive and charming during the whole process. Her knowledge and rapport with the rest of the staff made our transition seem less. She is our go to person!

The staff at Avana are very sweet & super kind. We enjoyed our two year stay at Avana, but need to move closer to work. We had a few bumps, but that’s just apart of every day living. The community makes a difference in working together.

I have lived in this community for a few months now, and I have really enjoyed the community. All of the staff is great, Betty and Paul are always cheerful and very helpful. Betty always offers me coffee and asks if I need anything. The community has great amenities, my favorite is the business center, it's always clean and welcoming. They are always on it when you place a work order or have a concern. The managers are great about calling you back and addressing your concerns. Thank you Avana!

I've been living in the Avana since Sept 2017 and my experience has been decent so far. The staff in the leasing office move pretty quick Betty, Celeste, and Paul are great anytime I need some things fixed maintenance comes in a decent time frame. I don't see any roaches here at all barely spiders since I been here. My only complaint is the dumpster area by my building needs to be washed down and cleaned. My experience here has been good.

Betty is awesome, customer service is key and she has the amazing ability to make you feel like family and is quick to respond to questions or issues. She's a great addition to Avana.

This place and management is an absolute joke. Move out fees are horrendous and Greystar management group is even worse. They are not consistent and purposefully push people out of their apartments. They do not care about their residence and money gauge! Stay away!

I do not currently live here however I went to look as I need a place and Bette helped me and all I can say is excellent customer service. You can tell she loves her job and is very knowlegable about the property and knows how to have good conversation to make the looking for a place experience top notch. She took her time explaining everything and showing me around. Keep up the great work Bette!

Worst experience living here. Not best place to live. Always having issue after issue. Not safe either. ALWAYS FINDING BUGS INSIDE APARTMENT. ON MY KIDS clean diapers and clean wipes! Apartment complex is Soo nasty!

Would not recommend this complex can't wait for lease to be up!

I love the great customer service I always receive from Bette. Very caring and attentive. She gets five stars! High speed internet coverage (which I rely on for work) isn’t the best which is a factor in my rating.
