vista point apartments. I give 0 star. Management all time harassment.

Wow! My experience at avana has been nothing short of exceptional. The combination of great staff, swift maintenance, a great atmosphere and location makes this apartment complex stand out from the rest. I'm greatful to have found a wonderful place to call home for the last 4 years. The management is not only responsive but also genuinely cares about their residents. They have always been there to address any concerns I've had which made my living experience hassle free.

I do not recommend these apartments.we lived there for a year, when we moved out we cleaned everything, washed and left the apartment clean. I asked if they would refund us our $600 deposit but instead we were told that we had to pay another $1100 in the letter they wrote that they took out the garbage, although there was nothing there, they repaired a small hole in the wall for $ 500, and when I arrived at the office they reduced the amount by $520 because they added me payment for the carpet after the previous residents. I think that they are biased towards residents from other countries because they know that it is difficult for us to defend our rights!

After 8 weeks, I still didn't get back my security deposit. It's almost $900. I'm getting tired of driving to the office, and they don't do nothing. Now I understand why Avana Vista Point has 3.1 star rating on Google and 2.6 stars on yelp. Please read all reviews before you decide to move to those apartments.

I was able to take a couple hours out of my day to see one of the apartments available. Akeem was extremely helpful in providing information about the unit & surrounding area as I mentioned I was on the hunt for a new place. 5 star experience & great customer service provided!

Best apartments ever I loved the management at this address so nice and welcoming and so generous

My 1 bd apt is $365 more than 2 bd. Tenants who rent inside complex, far from the streets, pay less than those whose apartment is facing the busy street with lots of noise. Homeless people are diving in a dumpster all night. Gangsters are all around the property breaking into tenants cars, vandalizing and stealing cars

Really nice apartments Akeem gave me a tour and he was really friendly and outgoing made the tour amazing I will be applying soon.

The best customer service! Looking for an apartment can be so exhausting and Akeem has been so patient and thorough. Answering all questions with so much knowledge of the neighborhood. Looking forward to moving in and becoming apart of the community. Highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check this place out! Ask for Akeem he’s the best!

I have been living here for almost a full year and I love my apartment. It's very close to work for me and really close to the grocery store. Kailey and Akeem are very helpful anytime I have a question. They're very friendly with all the residents and my kids love going in to the office to see them.

This is a beautiful apartment community located in a great area.
Excellent accessibility to shops and everything the city has to offer. The community offer a great outdoor space, professional staff, parking, fitness center, pool and more. If you in the market for an apartment make sure to add it to you list!

I stopped by and wanted to check out some of their apartments and I was absolutely blown away by the experience I had! Akeem & Kailie were so friendly and professional I wanted to rent off of that alone. If your looking for a place that feels like home, this is the place!
