Avanti Apartments, Sacramento CA

So far this apartment has been great, the initial walk through was great. Moving in the apartment was dirty and musty. If the apartment would have been clean then I would have given 5 stars. So far the community is quiet and no complaints other than we had to clean everything upon moving in.

I put in my request to have the screen door replaced and the stopper fixed in the bathroom and it was fixed right away. This is definitely convenient.

Your guys did a great job in a short amount of time. The roller guides are busted on the slider so hopefully they told you so management can order them. Thanks

Great location, friendly/effective/speedy management, reasonable prices for California. Avanti is amazing.

Maintenance always comes, no rodents in units, pretty quiet neighborhood, property
Manager mike is very considerate and patient and easy to talk to as well as the other staff there. Wish they would assign my parking closer to my unit but not the worst. Pool area sometime clean could be better maintained, gym is ok it’s small, wish they had a club house to use for any type of event. There are have been people breaking into cars so please do not leave anything in your car. Other than that nice place, away from busy sac. Also just so you know the airport is 5 miles away so it can get loud and it comes at all hours, alot less at night but still can be loud especially when you have a baby.
Reason for one less star is because on my initial move in date the unit I was supposed to move into had dog or some type of animal pee and poop throughout the unit with a strong smell that I think they tried to cover up by shampooing it but it was terrible unit and didn’t even consider changing the carpet out after complaint. They just moved me into another unit and floor plan that I didn’t want. They didn’t give me the unit price of the first floor plan which was ok but I had all my stuff pack and ready had to move a few days later. So only thing I didn’t like.

This is the only time i’ve felt inclined to write feedback.usually, the problem is half fixed or creates another problem.the man who fixed our dryer has not worked on our apt before but i want him to be the only one ever that fixes stuff because not only did he fix the problem (dryer had no timer and there was no way to control it) he took preventative measures and fixed our start button because it was on its way out.in addition, our dryer door had been installed backwards and improperly and he offered to fix that too!

Everyone is friendly and professional. We decided to rent here based on customer service alone.

Saul (not sure spelling) did a fantastic, quick job and was a great conversationalist while doing the work. It was fun getting to know his story while he helped us out!

I've lived here for six months, and rented sight unseen. My experience has been pretty great. Jasmine made everything super easy (I need a new place, but was overseas at the time) - was able to complete everything via email.

The apartment finish and quality is on par for the price point. GE appliances, California water pressure on faucets/shower, and carpets.

The facilities are clean, and well maintained (aside from the occasional lazy dog owners, leaving presents around).

You do get the occasional noise from aircraft departing Sacramento airport, but the largest source of noise in the complex comes from people with unnecessarily loud cars and the garbage collection.

If you are commuting out of the region, the location is pretty solid. Pretty cheap gas down the road, and direct access to Hwy 5.

Decent choice of food and stores nearby.

Overall, would recommend.

He was amazing, kind and patient as he explained steps taken with our water flooding! I should be asleep but the fans are blasting such noise I can’t rest!

David was the best during a pretty stressful time!

I had to stop working in order to handle this business!

This will take days to dry and fans have to be left on for 24 hrs for 2-3 days! I work from home so this will impact my hours!

Thank you David for working fast and efficiently to make this nightmare get contained!

This is the second time we call to have this washer repaired. And the first time the repair guy was very rude to my wife after that this guy named Saul was very courteous and replaced our washer with another used one witch makes the same noice as the one that was replaced
I called tell managers that the microwave glass door was falling and the noice in the washer was very loud
They told me Saul will show up to fix it
As of today no one has showed up

The Assistant Property Manager, Jasmine, worked with me and my needs as I worked with her needs as I worked with the needs of my Realtor (who wanted the house all to her self and associates to get it ready to list and show). That being that, the apartment is where I need it to be and the size I (currently) need it to be. For its age it is obvious to me that it has been well maintained over the years. The high ceilings help the atmosphere inside, and the mature trees make the outside likewise a pleasant experience. All-in-all, it has been a professional and pleasant experience so far:)
