5My experience with Donna was terrific and I'm calling today to book another cruise.
The most helpful person in the office was the receptionist. I was promised a call from one of their agents two weeks ago. Never heard a thing. Inexcusable in a service business.
Sent an email with an important question and waited for days for an answer. Wrote back complaining and all she’s says is thank you.
Sonja is amazing. I booked our trip for the Austin US Grand Prix. Had an issue with rental car company trying to over charge me, I called Sonja who assisted me while at the rental counter. These folks are amazing. We have used them for three trips now (Italy, Hawaii, and Jordan/Egypt.), and everything has been excellent. We have felt like Rock Stars each step of the way from the airport to home. One super great thing about using Avanti is they can help you avoid things that sound great but aren't and get you off to do things that are a better fit. Give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.
