Aveanna Healthcare - San Fernando Valley

I don’t recommend this place. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Ever since it went from Accredited to Aveanna, the customer service has gone downhill. My aunt has called and called and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. It’s gotten to the point that she had to drive to the agency herself to pick up applications for two workers she’s got lined up. This should not happen. It might not be such an incredible feat for a healthy adult, but my aunt has mobility issues as a result of her cancer. MARIA G: ANSWER YOUR CLIENTS CALLS.

They have terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone or return calls when you leave messages. They have changed there app and it is nothing but problems and no one in customer sevice to help because they don't answer the phone or return calls ever. I will be looking into another respite company.

I have nothing against accredited because they have been doing great ever since. My only concern is their customer service at the call centers. Usually they are polite and easy to approach. But today was a lot different, my mom spoke to someone who’s mean. And by the tone of her voice towards my mom, I’m assuming she’s racist. Too bad I did not get her name. But PLEASE. Train your call center agents to be as approachable as they can be. They are not entitled to be mean. More so, they are NEVER entitled to be a racist. No one is. It’s non negotiable.

After my surgery I was fortunate enough to be referred to Accredited for in home nursing. The nurses at accredited have been awesome! They've been punctual, professional and understanding when i've had to reschedule. Thank you guys for everything.

Very professional, efficient and on time. Best part there all lady's not some feminist nut job at least the ones I got Tracy, Elizabeth and Amy

Accredited was able to quickly find a caregiver for my mom when she recovering from surgery. The caregiver was professional and friendly and just what we needed.

Accredited Nursing (A. N.) along with other care agencies were given to me as possibilities for my sister with cancer. Within a few minutes of the original contact, I received a phone call! Giulio, the branch manager immediately was answering my 22 questions! Yes! 22! In the past few months since hiring A. N.each call or text is answered within a few minutes.

If there is an issue with any situation, they address it immediately! The caregiver’s expertise, kindness and talents are also greatly appreciated.

No Supervision, no training, I work with this company for a years and never got any of this. I would not Recommend anyone receive services from or work for this company.

Staff is amazing and worked diligently to provide care for my dad with short notice. The caregivers were so kind and understanding. My dad is confused sometimes so it takes patience. I don’t live near my dad but the caregivers kept me in the loop by phone. I always felt confident that he was getting the care he needed. I highly recommend Accredited and thank them for their service.
