There's not much more I can say than what has already been said by other reviewers. We switched lenders during the escrow process and Avenir was up for the challenge. Not only did they get us a better rate than our previous lender (on a jumbo loan!), but they also were so efficient that we were ready to close early and it was the seller that held us up. This team is just the best. Fast, efficient, patient.
