Averis Property Management Murrieta

Wow I am shocked to see some of the comments on here. I've had a lease with Averis for going on 4 years now. This was the only company who even gave my application a second look. I'm a single Mom and it's really only my income. I actually had places turn me down and tell me they frown upon single parents because there's always some kind of issue that arises. This company and the owner who approved me have been a blessing. There has been some pretty expensive repairs here and I dreaded having to tell them. They fixed everything right away without any kind of issue. I'm able to contact them via the online portal, texting, or calling. Colleen was always very sweet, honest, and got things taken care of. It's been great and I love the house I am in. I have no complaints. Thank you Averis for being so prompt with any issues that I've had and for always following up and communicating.
