Very glad I found this family owned tire shop. Aurora provided warm and friendly expertise in tire wear, with excellent recommendations and service. I would recommend this business to family and friends.

NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE DRIVE. Mechanics stole my deposit. The other mechanic's know about it don't trust them. Then the owner claims not to be responsible for there workers actions. When I went I wasn't aware the transaction was behind the companies back. I didn't ask for the work done it was offered by your employees. Your other mechanic who still works there also vouched for him and was insisting how they do good work. I didn't go in asking for my bumper changed I went in to buy a new tire.multiple times in the past I have zelled you guys money so I didn't think much of it. It doesn't make sense that it is the responsibility of the customer to double check your business's employees. In all honesty it looks like you guys are just trying to avoid responsibility for your mistakes. To avoid paying the multiple people you guys scammed. You can apologize all you want but its not fair that I was robbed hundred of dollars.and Now being blamed for it because you don't "feel responsible. "

Worse experience, there mechanics are a bunch of thief's. They claimed they could fix my car then took my deposit. Its been months and I haven't gotten anything fixed or my deposit back. I talked to the manager and she said they aren't responsible for there mechanics. DONT TRUST THEM.

I found this place on OfferUp and decided to give it a chance. I received great customer service, Aurora was super accommodating. I had just bought some rims (2013 Subaru WRX 17”) but I own a 2013 Subaru Legacy, and Aurora really went out of her way to find me the tires I needed and for a great price. She was even prepared to have someone remove the tires off some other rims to get me the best price. I think the 1 star reviews are just people who find any reason to be upset. None of those reviews came close to the service I received. 5 stars.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t bother coming here there a bunch more tire shops on Florence and bell. There mechanics are thief’s. They stole my deposit for a job they where suppose to the and the owner told me they where responsible for there mechanics. Then tried to blame me for it because it was a side deal. First of all I didn’t know it was a side deal till the job wasn’t done for 2 months and Second it Doesn’t make sense as for a customer that I have to do a back ground check on there employees. And third all there mechanic are in it. Just save your money and don’t come here trust me

Awesome service got 2 used tires put on. Good prices on good used tires! In and out 20mins tops!

After I purchase a set of new tires and and employee cracked my rim and damaged the new tires, I came back and now they say no warranty on new 20inch tires is bad business

Avg tire shop is unique and a welcoming place. Owner is amazing she helps with the installation of tires and is always so nice. I highly recommend this place for the best deals and great service.
