Avion Apartments, Rancho Cordova CA

Living here has been a mixed bag, for sure. There are A LOT of issues with a lot of things on this property (the one star reviews are not at all lying or exaggerated). This review is 5 stars for one reason and one reason only; Christian Cordova.
The one constant positive over the past year-ish has been leasing agent Christian Cordova. Not only is this person wonderful at his job, he has regularly gone above and beyond to provide accommodations with patience and understanding when it comes to the mental health challenges of our family.
Not long ago, Christian saw my child walking home by themselves and not only noticed that this was out of the ordinary, he also knew right where I would be and came to notify me immediately. Without his observational skills and desire to truly support his tenants by knowing them and understanding their struggles, all sorts of harm could have come to my kiddo that day and we are beyond grateful for this amazing human.
Any company should feel blessed and proud to have such a person in their employ. In my opinion, Christian Cordova is a prime example of an employee worth keeping and he absolutely deserves a raise for his selfless dedication to the people he helps.

I recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in a nice community. They are very peaceful, nice spacious units, and the management is very helpful. When i had a problem they got on it right away. I want to thank the property manager sharoy for helping me out. She is a sweet person and doesnt mind helping if needed. If your looking for a nice apartment complex in Rancho Cordova this is your property.

I love living here now that we have a new manager she has made a huge difference in my living experience at Avion.

Have been living here for a few years and have watched the rapid decline in upkeep for the property. From mattresses and furniture behind the dumpsters for two solid years, multiple fallen trees against the buildings, unattached doors to service and electrical rooms and finally, a five foot tall and sixty foot long pile of leaves so compact that the homeless would simply walk up the pile to exit the property over the fence. Over the last few months a new management team, spear-headed by Manager Sharoy Dillard, has taken back our apartment complex and brought it back from the dead. The furniture behind every dumpster is gone, the trees and grounds are maintained and beautiful, and the areas that have needed to be secure once again are. A big thank you to Sharoy, her assistant Christian and her on-site staff for making the Avion Apartments a great place to live again!

This place is a dump! Full of cockroaches, Ants, Gnats and all sorts of other nasty bugs. Also, you run the risk of having your car broken into. Frequent police presence in the area. Police choppers flying around in circles on a daily basis. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in here.this place is not worth the hell, you will come to find out. Move somewhere else.this place is bad as it gets.
