Definitely recommend the Cypress branch. Tony was courteous, helpful and had our vehicle ready to go. No issues picking up or dropping off.

Courtesy note on behalf of the businesses that are in the same plaza - please do not double park in front of their shops.they need to get their vehicles in/out and us having our personal car double parked gets in their way. I know because I was a culprit:) : (

I have just rented a car from this location and was pleased with the service. The office is small and there is currently a high demand for cars with businesses opening back up and Los Angeles and Orange County transitioning from the purple to red tiers so you may to wait a couple hours for your car rental. I was upgraded from compact to midsize car and was in and out after a car was available in 15 minutes. The staff are friendly and extreme helpful. I will be going back again.

Tony is the most professional, kind, knowledgeable employee Avis has there to serve you. I've been going there for years as a regular customer and I have never had a bad experience. I even moved out of the Cypress area and make it a point to go there even when there's a Avis just minutes from my house in Lahabra. You won't be disappointed if you go to the Cypress Ca location. I had good service. How ever i noticed a discrepancy on the milage noted on my paper work didnt match the odometer. I asked the guy at the desk and he said it was because his fat fingers probably hit the wrong key. A 10,000 discrepancy is alot. I thought it was fishy

Very small location. Took me an hour of wait to get attended. Probably the long wait was just due to the long weekend timing. Had trouble finding space for parking your vehicle.

Out and about in 15 minutes or less. Received the industry standard: Corolla for my intermediate rental.

Janet and tony are the best! Very kind and helpful. Great customer service. I got an upgrade from a economy to intermediate. Genuine people. I recommend renting a car in this location and have them help you out. You won't regret it.

Tony and Janet are the best! These two staff members were really helpful and accommodating. My questions and concerns were addressed professionally. There were some upset people waiting on line with no reservations and same day reservations - cars are not guaranteed at smaller locations, people. Make sure you call to make sure a car is available instead of assuming that a car will be ready for you even if you made a reservation. Tony was professional and courteous to those people complaining and mentioned to them that cars are not guaranteed and they should call back later. Again, kudos for professional responses. Will rent with Avis again when I need a rental car.
