The staff at MV AvIs are always friendly and helpful and I love that the always know me and call me by name. They answer my questions if any and haven’t disappointed me in any of my rentals. Great Team there they have good chemistry and work well together!

I've had negative 2 bad experiences at this location, bad customer service and random rules that I had never heard of before. I had insurance through another party and I had never before had anyone warn me about using that service, he next time insisted we use theirs. If you have to rent a car, don't come here.

This place truly disappointed me. The workers had told me they cleaned the car yet when I approached the vehicle. There was nothing but huge smudges, streaks, and marks around the entire car. The air conditioning wasn't working properly either. Even though the vehicle was a 2021 Honda. The employees were dressed entirely unprofessional, literally in pajamas. This does not encourage work attire in a work place as it should. The workers also didn't come to a solution with me when expressing my frustration. Will definitely not be a returning customer and would never recommend to anyone that I know.

Nothing but excellent words I have for this AVIS. I am a Travel Medical Professional who was on assignment in California from Jan 2022 to August 2022, each month I was extended I was unsure whether or not they were going to extend my contract to work so I would constantly have to return my car and rent another one. Let me tell you this place took care of me each and every time and got me situated I Reccomend this place to all my co workers family and friends if Im ever in california again I will definetly be back

This place is a joke. I wrote a review 3 weeks ago and at the time there were no other current reviews. I wrote about how rude Matt was and even came from behind the counter to threaten me.

The manager was to call me back and never did.

Apparently this place writes fake reviews. After mine all of a sudden there are several reviews praising Matt. What a joke of a place. Reading the reviews they are all very similar. Can't belive the owner did not have the guts to reach out to me.

I've been renting from Moreno Valley Avis for years. The staff are always a pleasure greeting customes, professional, polite. Attentive to the customers. The facility is always clean. The vehicles are clean, wide variety to choose from. I will always rent from this location.

Avis car rentals is now my new GO TO car rental spot! With just one experience with them, they’ve completely hooked me. As long as I am able, I will rent from Avis. Everything from paying online, picking up and returning the vehicle was performed seamlessly. The employees were beyond friendly and thorough. The hospitality begins before approaching the counter. You actually feel the amazing chemistry that's unexplainable between the three employees. I believe the girl's name is Rachel, she is so accommodating, always making sure that the customer is satisfied. Matt's Customer Service is superb, friendly, and has such an electrifying smile. He gets you out with satisfaction. The guy Andy, he's so nice and kind, very attentive to the Customer's needs. Cars are always clean and the gas tanks are full. I've noticed when people are waiting in line, Andy continues to correspond with the waiting customers to let them know that he'll be with them soon. This location has always made me feel comfortable. As we all know, good customer service is the thing of the past. I recommend this Moreno Valley location. They honestly have the best rates in the surrounding areas. Jan M.

I would only recommend Avis-Budget MoVal. The service is excellent, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Their cars are fantastic. If family or friends need a rental I only recommend this location.
