Just don't trust the staff here. Check documents and then subscribe and take everything in writing. They will make a series of promises just don't trust insist on written notes else you will end up paying from extra.total frauds

A poor selection of vehicles available. I reserved a sedan, but got a pickup truck instead since there were no more vehicles available by the time I arrived on-site. It may seem like an upgrade, but it’s causing a bit more inconvenience in reality.

It’s rather hard to drive around to where I’m going, and I had to pay extra for the gas due to its poor fuel consumption performance. Plus, the truck seemed like it was left unused for quite some time. It was dirty in the interior and had visible dents on the exterior with marks on the window.

Luckily, my rental was only for a day. Can’t imagine if I happened to do a long-term rental with that pickup truck lol

Dinesh was such a wonderful host and manager at Avis. He was very welcoming, helped to all the needs, gave the best car available and even helped friends for the best rates and adjustments. Cheers to Dinesh ji!

Dinesh at front desk is very helpful and friendly. The location always has good and new cars available, which is surprising for a non-airport car rental place. They don't make a fuss about slight return delays and are always very accommodating
