6The car was old and dirty inside out. I was told the car had a full tank but had 3/4 and i had to return full since i had already signed for it. Staff were nice and courteous but a beat up ford with 50k plus miles on it is not ideal especially when it has stains of god knows what inside.
Veronica at the Embassy Suites Avis in La Jolla, CA provided me with exceptional customer service through my time in San Diego. She is one of the reasons I will stick with Avis.
Called in to get some answers about prices and Veronica was so rude and abrupt as if I was bothering her and forcing her to work. I will Not be renting from this place
