This should say Budget Car Rental. But. It's two businesses in one location. Fast friendly service. I have used this location 5 times so far.

My experience with Avis was great. Our vehicle was clean and well kept. The pickup and drop off was fast and seamless.

I appreciate that it’s the only car rental open on Sundays downtown. But I was given a broken car that felt unsafe driving on the highway. Had to cut our trip short and was still charged full price.

This is the worst Avis facility I've ever used. The car was filthy, missing gas, missing its front license plate, the radio was broken- and I prepaid for gas upon return, so the missing gas was just free money for Avis. No one had any idea how to help. If I wasn't in a rush I would have gone somewhere else. Don't be like me- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My first time ever having to rent a car on my own and my experience could not have been any better. Great customer service, great vehicles all hassle free. Thank you!
