Very much unhappy. Returned the car only 20 minutes late and that reason Jose charged $33.76 and $25 for another day's insurance coverage. This is totally unprofessional. All the other agencies allow the customer 30minutes to one hour and that's very standard. It would be nice if he could explain me at the time of drop of.

Worst rental experience of my life. Avoid this place like the plague. Dirty office, staff is ghetto and rude. Horrible location, no after hours drop off. Feels like a front. Will never rent from one of these places again what a nightmare. Run away and don’t look back!

We experienced a problem traveling from CA to NV and walked into Avis in Valencia 15 minutes before they closed. Jose Quezada was wonderful, understanding and took the stress out of our situation. He was able to rent us a car for the remainder of our trip. Thank you, Jose! You deserve 10 stars!
Jose was efficient. I called 15 min before closing time in need of replacing our rental. We drove 5 hours before we noticed tire thread in the center of a tire, something anyone can miss. The customers in front of us agreed he provided great service for them as well. Within 20 min we were back on the road! Thank you, Jose!
I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking to rent a car. We had to trade in our rental due to problem with current rental and Jose was able to get us into another car fast. He is very good at customer service and very knowledgable.
Car was filthy with heavy road mud. We had to take to carwash before we could drive it. We had to wait 15 minutes before receiving while it was vacuumed out.
Avis Valencia has a great employees. I apologies for not knowing their name but they care and help anyway they can.
