Avis Car Rental

Had an excellent experience. Got a car with scratches but it was already noted on the paper. The staff there on 11/9-11/10 were excellent. I'll always take an uber to the neighborhood avis to avoid problems at LAX

They're nice, their fees and tax are tiny compared to the airport, but their open hours are stingy.

Great service here but a very limited selection of vehicles at this small location

Most of the time have been satisfied except for today.but went back to rental agency they rectified the problem.

UNACCEPTABLE service. I made my reservation for pick up 8: 30am. I arrived at location which was NOT busy, and they had no cars available. I was told I would have to wait about half hour for them to have a car. This is unacceptable when customer has time sensitive appointments I had to be at an hour after assumed pick up. Have NEVER had this problem at other locations. Personnel was RUDE and lack of caring they were not able to deliver. I was told I could go somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be coming or recommending this place. Dissapointed. DO BETTER AVIS!

This location refused my corporate code but then tried overcharging me another $500, I took my business down the road to Hertz. The manager was short, rude, and unprofessional.
Cancelled all my pending future reservations, Will never do business with Avis again

Asked for and booked a one way rental to be dropped off at the Nee Orleans airport. My cousin and I made it very clear we need a one way. When I arrive in New Orleans to return the vehicle they told me my rental was supposed to be dropped off at the same location and their will be an extra 700 dollars applied. I’ve been renting cars for over 20 years without any problems. This was my first time using Avis. They’ve caused me extreme distress. We will see the outcome.
