This place is like a big box electronic store in an unlikely neighborhood. You get the genuinely warm and friendly service of a neighborhood store, plus the technical proficiency of a corporate-trained "geek squad" but none of their arrogant swagger or contemptuous impatience (so often on full display in front of hapless, help-desk-seeking customers trapped in the technological equivalent of the late Triassic.) In four words, I love this place. Or simply. 1/2.

A friend recommended this repair shop to me when my hybrid PC/Tablet started overheating while I was neck deep in deadlines. Micheal did an excellent job diagnosing, and expediently repairing my Wacom Mobile Studio Pro. I would definitely recommend working with him as his service is second to none.

It's also very important to recognize the fact that my computer is not an ordinary desktop PC, or iPad Pro; it is a specialized unit that demands unique attention and skill. The work that Micheal put into repairing my tablet required a delicate, deliberate, and incredibly detailed expertise that cannot be found just anywhere. A lot of effort and care had to be put into this repair, and I am so grateful to have had Micheal be the one to provide that service. He is so knowledgable and talented that on that basis alone I would absolutely not trust any other individual to service my electronics ever again.

After my experience, I would trust this repair shop with anything from a minor issue on my cellphone, to full blown repairs on my work computer. They saved me over 2,500$ so I didnt have to buy a replacement for my computer; let them help you save money too with their excellent work!

I literally just got off the phone with a rep - he says I can't come in because they're '' busy ''. I was told by Micheal, the employee I was speaking with, to come back on Monday? Whoever let this bum take control of the phones should be fired. LOL WHAT A JOKE! Stay away from this place.

Michael is a legend. My Mac Book has windows 10 installed on it via boot camp. I encountered the blue screen and ultimately not booting up. Michael had it sorted in six hours. Great service, great price, can’t thank you enough!
