I am so thankful for such a great Church! They really are Fresh, Real and Powerful! No watered down Gospel here!

Great place, great community! This place changes peoples lives for the better. They are even providing medical services across the border and building homes for those in need in Baja as well as supporting San Diego’s surrounding communities. Awaken is a blessing to San Diego county! Go see why…

They are encouraging their members to bring their ballots to them and heavily encouraging who they vote for. They are “raising an army” to “take back” local government. They are a political organization with language of insurgents and their tax status must be changed immediately. This is radical religious extremism. End their tax exempt status now!

This place is right wing chudsville. It's not even a church it's just a tax exempt political organization.

Awaken church is quick to throw the first stone when their members make a mistake without doing proper investigation. Not a good example of what Jesus our Savior would do.

It feels like you’re watching a political news episode in this building, not learning about and feeling the holy spirit. Please don’t make this be your first church experience. I promise there is better.

Looking for a watered down version of the bible? Then I suggest you go elsewhere.
Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The interactions I have had with the pastors and the staff have all been pleasant.
