Awaken Massage & Spa - Best Massage Napa

I got into town & called for an appointment at 3 but called right back to cancel when I realized my clock wasn't yet on California time! Annie impressed me with the call she made to me to let me know she could get me in later on such a busy day!
She greeted me with smiles and made sure I was comfortable. There was no rushing, she was very professional and - gave the most amazing massage I've had in a long time.

Made a reservation for a couples massage about 4 days in advance for my girlfriends birthday.

Called the location and was easily set up.

Upon the day, we arrived about 10 minutes ahead of time. We answered a short questionnaire, just basic information and specifics about our upcoming massage.

*The bathrooms were all well kept I might add

Changing and getting ready for our massage was normal. When we laid down on the massage tables, they had heated blankets which was a major plus

My lady is super specific about here massages. She needs those tough hands, not the dainty ones

Kathy did not disappoint, and she is highly recommended! I can't for the life of me remember my masseuses name, but she did a wonderful job.

Paid cash at the end, and tipped of course.

LOVED our spa treatments! My sister and I enjoyed a 90 minute massage followed by a 60 minute facial. Our spa therapists were fantastic and both services were incredibly relaxing. We parked on the street with no issues. Would highly recommend!

I booked this place for a girl's day back in 2021. We had six girls, two in each room. Service was friendly and I would come here again for a massage!:)

Terrific couples massage for my wife and me. Just the right pressure and very accommodating to our requests. Very relaxing for both of us; should have made it for 90 minutes.
