8I know people love this luggage. I went in person to look at cases and had a salesperson who was simultaneously unenthusiastic and following me closely throughout the store, looking at her watch, even though it wasn’t closing time. Ended up not buying, as it was just disconcerting.
I bought a carry-on from them with a 30 year warranty. The inside strap broke so I took it back, about 2 years later. They gave me a new one off the floor. Two years or so after my zipper broke. Took it back and they sent me a brand new one, 2 days it was here.
I travel a lot. They take their warranty seriously
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about airline requirements and very helpful about sizing!

Stay Away Luggage. There are lots of better luggage makers out there.
I bougth their Carry On with the assurance that I can return it for 100 days. It arrived scratched, in a box that looked pre-opened/used, and it is much smaller than expected.
They refuse a return because the item was on sale. Still working on getting at least an exchange.
Their customer service number just plays a recording that points to their "Contact Us" website, the chat there doesn't work (at least for me), so only way to communicate with them seems via email. Makes them feel like a scam.
I'm going back to Rimowa, who has never failed me.
Friendly staff, quality products (of course, if you don’t mind the price. Nice things cost money).
Be aware that the products listed on maps and Google shopping for this location are inaccurate, the prices are actually ~ $150 more expensive in store than what is listed. The linked website does display the correct prices. The staff in the store did not seem concerned by this large price discrepancy. Quality was a bit lower than expected as well.
Helpful staff. Kind and willing to go above and beyond even though I went in 10 mins before closing before a holiday (swear I'm not a jerk)
