Hands down, this is one of the best bicycle shops I've ever visited.
I have been in their shop a couple of times. Maybe it’s me, but I felt a lack of friendliness with a pinch of arrogance. Just the opposite of Claire and Chaz at Hub Cyclery in Cotati.
Owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They turned my bikes around very quickly, and pricing is fair.

Love this shop. Stopped in just to check out the bikes and kill time. The owners are super friendly and are very passionate about bikes. It's obvious they know their stuff. Being a service guy myself I appreciated their work area. Tools very organized which is a sign a very good and professional technician.
On another note, it is extremely refreshing to actually see the family that runs a business. Their baby is the cutest little thing and super smiley. To me this is what the north bay is about. Keeping local business to local families and knowing who you are giving your business to. It's Awesome!
Extremely rude and condescending! The owner was not competent to fix the bike and tossed the seat on the ground. I would not recommend this business. I was with a child and it is not a family friendly establishment.
Employee was extremely rude was about to come in and buy a bike but while in the parking lot she felt the need to come out and share opinion on smoking that explains the lack of customers and who brings there baby to work in a place with tools and moving gears maybe she locked her in the car seat for eight hours wow
I bought my 2 grandsons (11 & 8) in for mountain bikes for Christmas. I found the owners very attentive to the boys needs. In fact they called me the next day to have the older boy try a larger bike because they were afraid he would outgrow the one he picked it in a year. They found the exact same bike in a bigger size. This is what I call exceptional service. A very grateful Nannie Kate
