Axiom Hotel, San Francisco CA

A very clean, secure, and upscale hotel in the heart of Union Square. Bryan the manager was awesome, and the hotel staff were all very helpful. Daily housekeeping was awesome. Two things hold back that final star:

1.) the room lacked lighting in the doorway, which is where I needed to iron my clothes.

2.) My room card kept becoming nonfunctional. Seemed to happen after every housekeeping visit.

I’ll definitely choose this location the next time I visit, and hopefully they will have resolved these issues by then.:)

Will never stay in this hotel again. They have advertised 'Turn Cafe' on their website and have them set up under the hotel premises but I had an extremely unpleasant experience. Even though they are outsourcing, they should be cautious about the service other vendors are providing. I have religious restrictions and can't eat pork. I explicitly ordered mushroom and veg omelet, verbally verified with the staff. Despite the disclaimer, the Cafe gave me ham in the omelet that I consumed and realized much later. They have no respect for anyone's dietary and religious values. I am glad my stay was just for a night.

We absolutely loved this hotel!

Upon arrival the valet attendant was very kind and helpful guiding us to where we could leave our vehicle while we checked in and offered assistance with our luggage and politely held the doors open for us as we exited our vehicle and entered the property. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the ambiance and general design of the entrance, lobby and lounge area was welcoming and comfortable while also unique! Every team member we came in contact with was very polite and helpful.

We checked in seamlessly and efficiently. Our room was clean, spacious and all around comfortable. The beds were cozy, with quality linen and plush pillows. The bathroom also clean and beautifully done. All of the decor and design aspects in the room were updated and very clean.

The entire hotel was quiet, with a feeling of safety and security while also accommodating to its patrons as guests dined, worked, passed through or simply relaxed and socialized.

There is a game area with a foosball table, multiple tv's and areas to gather and enjoy each other's company. They even had a robot that delivered amenities to your room upon request! So fun:)

The lobby/ bar & restaurant was very convieneint. We enjoyed chatting with the baristas in the morning while they made delicious coffee for us to start our day. Food was simple but very flavorful, with an easy menu that includes many different types of food from quick and easy, something to snack on, to more full meal sized options.

This hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to other nearby attractions.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We would happily return, and recommend this to all of our friends, and family- or anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay!

Axiom Hotel proved to be a very good choice. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the reception making the check-in experience a really good one.

Nice room (s) that are kept up-to-date and clean. The only thing, and this is what keeps this from being 5 stars, is that the rooms have a portable A/C and not integrated ventilation.

This means that you basically have your window open all the time since the unit needs to be fitted to the window.

That is OK from a temperature point of view but it also means that sounds get into your room to a much larger degree.

That said, this is a minor problem to an overall great experience.

Very comfortable hotel. The room is small, but the bed and bathroom are very comfortable and modern. Location is amazing. A really good option in San Francisco

Clean, modern room. Did not feel too small like some reviewers noted. Friendly front desk and they let us check-in two hours early. Fantastic location near Powell St station and Cable Car. Excellent stay at this price point.

Great location at a great price. Cafe on site. Games room includes arcades. Right off Market St which makes it great for reaching the convention locations. Trolley cars right outside the building and plenty of eating options within a block range.

Good hotel, small rooms but you honestly don’t need more space. Clean, nice art, and furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Centrally located to stores and public transportation. Customer service was great. Nice stay.

The front desk lady was checking me out as there was no other people in line waiting, then answered a phone call in the midst of the process and left me standing there for 15 minutes not even acknowledging that she was in the middle of a transaction nor did she proceed to finalize it. I just walked away as I’m in a rush to get to the airport and she still continued with the phone call, still not even acknowledging that I walked away from her. She could have easily picked up the phone and put them on hold to finish my current transaction. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I believe her name was Noah, I hope this message gets to management.

Be carful fraud hotel. They will not say everything clear. If u ask them to proceed the one bed they will give u 2 and at check out they will charges 50$per night and at the reception will not mention per night just 50$. Other wise hotel location and room are good

Rooms are nice, location is perfect (cannot stress that enough) and staff are friendly - when you do see someone. There is usually just one person at the desk, sometimes no one if you need something late at night. More staff is definitely needed to improve service.

Great place for a Valet Parking job, rooms $250 and up, Axiom Hotel located right near Union Square in the very heart of hustling bustling downtown San Francisco.

Staff members all get a 10 out of 5.really enjoyed our stay.including the special coffee delivery to our room from Mr Robot. The room was clean & quiet.

Loved this place! Super convenient to everything. BART is less than 2mins away. Shopping and food is everywhere. We booked the Nano Queen which we felt was really small. Staff is super accomodating.
