Ilia came out and diagnosed the issue with our fridge, submitted his report and returned to install the needed parts in a couple of weeks. Ilia was quick and did a great job.

Today, Mikola was our repair technician from Axis Appliance Repair. He arrived at the earlier part of our 9-12 scheduled time… at 9: 30. We live in Murrieta.
He was very nice … a good listener. He replaced the heating mechanism part of our dryer, which was the issue; he even vacuumed out all the excess lint and dust from behind and around the dryer drum. I would recommend him personally. Thank you (Dziakuj). I appreciated his detailed service. Much success to you.

The worst appliance service I've ever had. Unresponsive and unhelpful. Three weeks since 1st service call, still no working washer. The part has been in for days but they cant be bothered to come out and install it in a reasonable time. I'm stuck with them as it's a Best Buy warranty repair and this is Best Buy's chosen sub. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Their appointment scheduling is horrible … they claim that visits are made for home warranty claims when they are not.

I was reading all the negative reviews from others who received service under their warranty plans. I have such a plan. It was conspicously clear warranty service was overwhelmingly negative vs.private pay which were positive.
When my repair person showed up in his personal vehicle, I began to worry.
However, Nikolay and Steve came into my home, wearing polo shirts with Axis logo, brought in a nice clean wheeled tool case, lifted it up over my hearth, and we all went into the kitchen to examine my freezer.
Nikolay was extremely careful, patient, persistent in discovering the problem, performed a correction, then carefully and meticulously assembled everything he had equally meticulously removed.
I cannot at this point complain. They were professional, friendly, respected my home and for now my issue is resolved. If I ever need service again, I would SPECIFICALLY request Nikolay!

Ilia was so quick to fix my washer. My washer has broken down multiple times, this is the first time ever a technician has fixed it the same day. Thank you!

They provided poor service. Despite sending their technician to our home multiple times, our oven remains unfixed.
