6 I'd avoid this place at all costs. Went in for one issue, and came out with a heart monitor thinking I was having heart related issues.that I now I have to pay $250 for because this place lied about it being covered.
My original issue I went in for was hardly addressed, they said they were sending me information via USPS on how to set up an abdominal ultrasound and I STILL haven't received that. Luckily I found another provider to see and I've already been diagnosed for my abdominal issues (gallbladder related).
The providers here don't listen, and rush you in and out. I've been called multiple times about my heart monitor results, despite already getting them from the doctor. I've been called multiple times about a heart ultrasound, despite telling them I've already found another provider.
I've also been waiting 14 days for my medical records to arrive.
Advice to providers: LISTEN to your patients. And if something happens where you can't address the original concern, explain to them what is happening so that they don't have more anxiety than they did coming in and don't leave feeling like nothing was done.
Editing to add from 12/17; turns out PMI did not submit my request of medical records that I submitted on 10/27 until 12/10. Additionally, I’m being charged to receive these records because they don’t do electronic ones.
This place is a joke.
The worst been on hold for over 25 minutes. The annoying voice with trivia answers said your wait time is 5 minutes. Kept coming back and putting me on hold for another 5 minutes and another 5 minutes.with NO ANSWER! PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK TO A PERSON ANSWERING THE. PHONES. I need a question answered before I get lab work done. With NO ANSWER!
The staff is very eager to assist. Everyone was very welcoming, and I say this as a new patient. I love that my entire family can be seen at this one facility, from infant to teen to adult age. And Dr. Cale Franklin is excellent - very knowledgeable and thoroughly engaged with his patients health concerns. There's also a small pharmacy on the first floor. It's also nice to know they'll be moving further into Culver City this Summer, so parking will be a breeze:). Overall, great first vists thus far!
Highly recommended - walked in and learned about new flowers. Walked out with an amazing bouquet for such an amazing price.
Great team. Professional quick through and they diagnosis is accurate. I highly recommend them.
