They won't allow you to order on the phone if you haven't purchased with them before! The rep asking for my number, my husbands number. Absolutely ridiculous. I will go elsewhere.

Purchased a Speed Queen washer from here several months ago. It's been the best purchase ever. With three kids, and in the midst of mold remediation, we do a ton of laundry and the Speed Queen really is speedier than all other washers. Also made to last in the USA. Sales people were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Delivery and installation was fast and painless. They have a scratch and dent building too but there weren't any SQ washers there that day.
Thankful to be able to support a small business and an American manufacturer.

The salesperson Curtis was pleasant and helpful. They have a lot of floor models, but not a lot in stock. This is not their fault, it is a supply chain issue.

I've never met Joan in person, but speaking with her is like having a chat with a good friend. Friendly, professional, and with a refreshing sense of humor, Joan simply makes your day! Aztec Appliance even sent me delivery tracking info, plus text alerts. Next, Chester called to say he had arrived. This guy is awesome! He and his helper BOTH were so darn efficient, careful, professional, and friendly. They quickly removed my fridge and had the new one hooked up, ready to go, within minutes. WHAT A TEAM! Delivery driver is very rude, wanting me to move my car and all of my patio furniture so he can park on my driveway for no apparent reason.
Refuse to give me any warranty information and I found the warranty information on top of the refrigerator.
He was very irritable when I was trying to check for leaks after they installed it.
Scratching my paint on the way out with my old refrigerator.
Tearing the plastic off the door and a very forceful manner.
Didn't really want to answer any questions.
Two large dents on the side of the refrigerator he told me that it didn't matter it was just superficial.
I don't know if this delivery driver was part of Aztec appliances but he was very unhelpful. Watching me move heavy patio furniture standing there without even asking to help me that was pretty rude.
