Overall it was a great location for students enrolled at Sdsu and they responded fast to complaints or things breaking there was also a lot of great opportunities for free food

Aztec Corner is a great place to live! It's location is perfect as it is close to campus making it very convenient for students. It's furnished and has almost everything you need! I would definitely recommend living here.

I love living at Aztec Corner! I just renewed my lease for next year. The location is so close to campus, the facilities/apartments are nice and offered at an affordable price, and the staff here is very attentive and helpful. Also, another plus is the free printing! If you are looking for an apartment to live in while you are a student at San Diego State, I would highly recommend considering Aztec Corner!

Aztec Corner’s location in itself makes it a great place for students to live. With a five minute walk to my class, it’s worth it! I haven’t had any problems with my lease, and whenever something is wrong it’s easy to send in a service request. The leasing office let’s you print for free which is super helpful and the overall layout of the apartment is well thought out. I’ve already signed my lease for next year!

Aztec Corner has a very friendly management team who is willing and eager to help residents with what they can. They provide free coffee and printing and will occasionally host contests or events which includes free food and other things. There are some faulty things in the apartments, like the blinds, stove, and drawers however any service requests placed have been completed very quickly. It is important to keep doors locked because there have been break-ins here however there is a security guard that patrols at night to help with the safety issue. Overall, Aztec Corner is a comfortable place to live for a college student and it is nicely furnished, including full size beds!

This apartment complex is so great! I have lived here for two years now and absolutely love it. The staff are all amazing. They are super nice, organized, and ready to answer any question that you have. Maintenance is also very quick to complete work order requests. Overall, great experience living here.

The front desk staff is always so friendly! They are always very on top of things and helpful with all questions. Getting packages is very easy, they are very organized! Free coffee and printing in the leasing office as well which is nice! This apartment is very convenient for students who go to SDSU and the prices aren't unfair! Would recommend to incoming sophomores. I already signed my lease for next school year!:)

Great apartment complex close to campus. Easy to walk back and forth throughout the day. Apartments are good size- huge compared to living in a little dorm room. They are in good condition as well. When something goes wrong or doesnt work, maintenance does a great job. Its also a very affordable place compared to other options close by!

I've been leasing at Aztec Corner for a couple of months now. I'm glad I chose this place because it is so close to campus and it comes fully furnished.
I do wish the mattresses, couches, and chairs were more comfortable. And in the the other room, my roommates have had quite a few issues with their bathroom. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.

I like living at Aztec Corner because the walk to campus or the gym is very short and convenient! The building is also not too loud which is nice as well. The staff at the leasing office is very helpful and the free printing is great.

I am an out of state student, so living in a place where I could meet people and have a sense of community was very important to me. I love the friendly environment and honestly, the apartments are really great for the price and location. 10/10 would live here again.

Good place to live as a sophomore that lived in the dorms the year before. The only thing is that the leasing office is not very helpful. They have strict policies that cannot be changed or avoided. They are very frustrating to work with. I am very happy to be done trying to work with their leasing office. Also, the walls and windows are thin so if there's people talking in the courtyard, you can hear it even if your doors and windows are closed.

If you want to stay close to campus, this is the best furnished option. The pricing is reasonable and the maintenance always responds in a timely manner.

Aztec Corner is just a walk away from the SDSU campus. Maintenance is very helpful, and comes in a timely matter. The wifi doesn't always work though. Also, there is no washer or dryer in the individual apartments and sometimes the community ones don't work very well. I think it is good for the price though.

Aztec Corner is a great apartment for college students looking for inexpensive housing near state. The staff are helpful and I haven't had many issues with my apartment while living here. The office does events for the people that live here every month and give away free food a lot

Aztec Corner is in a great location next to SDSU where you are surrounded by other students. It is an awesome place to live as a college student.
