This was a very clean office, a friendly staff and time to be seen was a short wait. The exam was done efficiently and the doctor was good to share what he found. The only issue was the referral now will take over two months to see their eye surgeon.

Used GPS to get to the office. Saw the clinic's hispanic name on the building, did not know Dr Torres was part of it but assumed he did because of his hispanic name. Office is clean, friendly receptionists and hardly any waiting time. On line pre registration did help a lot for this.

This office always runs late and doesn’t have enough seating for patients. Most patients Saturday were angry about an hour to an hour and a half to wait. However, Dr Chang us great and worth the weight for my eyesight. Back office girls are very nice and professional.

I Hate this office. No communication between anyone in that office. Terrible bedside manor.

Great service just a very long wait to see the doc. 40 minutes to be called back and then another 40 minutes or so to see the doctor after the initial eye check.

Awful! One and a half hour wait after appointment time. My second time seeing Dr Chang and my first opinion is correct! He’s rushed (less than 5 min, and cut off my questions about my AMD) Overheard him telling the man in the next room, who had also waited nearly 2 hours that he was “wasting his time” by coming in to see him earlier than instructed, He’s rude and arrogant. He is where my insurance referred me, but I will never go back to him, I will pay out of my pocket instead.

Well trained and informed staff, and Dr. Chang was very skillful and knowledgeable. A good experience.

I'm really impressed with the level of care and attention I received at Azul Vision today. The doctors and staff were professional, friendly, supportive, and really listed to my concerns. They explained things before I even thought to ask. They never once let me feel I was anything less than a long time valued customer. That's the thing; today was my first visit! Thank you Azul Vision for helping restore a little sliver of my faith in business.

This is the best optometrist I’ve seen in the Coachella valley. It’s been a search to finally find an optometry office that’s not packed with patients and with polite and competent staff and a clinician that is skilled and efficient. I’m very satisfied with my treatment today.

Appointment went smoothly. Not the long waiting as in the past. Doctor was pleasant and helpful.

No follow up, staff does not return calls, no one to answer any questions. After several attempts to get questions answered regarding my eyes the staff says they will have someone call me back to address my concerns and a year later I’m still waiting. They accused me of no showing on an appointment when I canceled it. They are totally unprofessional and cause me stress, and anxiety. It’s very sad when the patients are treated this way, I’m sure I’m not the only one. They just don’t care…

Everyone was very friendly. I didn’t feel like a number. My doctor sat & talked with me about my problems, very nice. He also prescribed solutions to my needs.

Great appointment with Dr. Chang today. I have confidence in his skills and appreciate his clear, no nonsense delivery.
